Fenn wright were the 3rd estate agent we used after 2 unsuccessful ones. I wish we'd gone to them first! Kirsty & her team from the stanway office were the ones to eventually make our move complete. She was constantly keeping us updated on what was a very stressful move. She was friendly & approachable whilst still being professional. She clearly knows her stuff & worked very very hard to make it come together. I will actually miss not talking to her now we are moved! She restored my faith in estate agents & I would highly recommend her & her team.

Fenn Wright were great to deal with during the recent sale of our house. Very transparent and acted very quickly. We mainly dealt with Shannon Lay and she was fantastic from start to finish. Incredibly bubbly and friendly she really took the stress out of what could be a very stressful period. There was good communication between us and the buyers and she was very knowledgeable with all of our many questions! We would definitely use Fenn Wright again in the future

I have been dealing with Mel at Fennwright Maintenance in Stanway for the last few weeks on the above problem and now have had issue fully resolved. It wasn't easy for her, as it was a complex situation, but at all times Mel communicated with me to let me know what was going on. She is a credit to her company.I would also like to mention Emily who was also very helpful, while Mel was on holiday.

It was a difficult time for me and my brother, but the help, advice and guidance given to us by Fenn Wright was second to none and made everything so much easier for us.We predominantly dealt with Steven Geiss, who spent a lot of time with us answering all kinds of questions and concerns we had about the selling process, and his positivity to us made us feel at ease. The photos and details he put together were fantastic and exceeded all our expectations. Very knowledgeable, helpful and has always gone the extra mile to try and ensure everything was on track. Thank you Laura for your patience, perseverance and all of the hours you put in chasing up solicitors to keep things moving! Very efficient at keeping me updated regularly and so understanding and reassuring when I was getting stressed with the solicitors! I would rate Fenn Wright 's service 6 stars if I could. Absolutely stellar service. My property purchase was dealt with Martina and Kelsey. Both brilliant. Michelle in securing the purchase and Kelsey in keeping it alive! Informative, responsive and always stroke the perfect balance between staying upbeat and hopeful for purchase without overpromising things outside their control which I really appreciate. Our sale hit a nag and Kelsey was brilliant in comforting us and staying solution focused. I have found her more informative than my own lawyer (am I allowed to say that here?). I can not speak highly enough of Laura Smith the Sales Progressor and the team at Fenn Wright.Laura has gone above and beyond in her support of us during the sale of our home, which due to circumstances out of our control took nearly a year to completion, with our losing one property but as a result, finding a better one for our needs, and not benefitting from any stamp duty relief we had hoped for through a quick sale. Laura dealt professionally with ourselves, our buyers and both sets of solicitors, always proactive in trying to find a solution. She has been a constant light in the most stressful moments, an uplifting presence, someone who was continually patient and always prepared to listen. Nothing was too much trouble for her and it is thanks to her effort and support that I am still sane at the end of this difficult journey. I cannot thank her enough.
