Absolutely blew it out the park for me. Highly recommended.

I sold a student rental property via Fenn Wright. I was in the middle of renovation, and was going to postpone speaking to Paul, their Valuer until I had finished. Fate intervened, and we ended up arranging for him to visit for a quick chat. He gave me a value I was more than happy with (higher than expected) , and within 30 minutes I had a viewing, despite the house very much in the middle of renovation. The Buyer was interested, and Paul ensured the value we were indicated was the price offered, even though the buyer wanted to try their luck on a reduced offer. Overall, I was extremely impressed.I had issues with my solicitor doing nothing for 5 weeks, and after complaining to Fenn Wright who recommended them, the matter was dealt personally by Kirsty. She was amazing at putting pressure on the solicitor, chasing the buyer, and generally keeping me informed with a weekly update. I feel she was absolutely crucial to this transaction.I would highly recommend Fenn Wright.

I recently instructed Fenn Wright to sell a property. It has been a sad time having to sell a family home, but the situation has been treated with great respect. I was very impressed with Fenn Wright on my first contact with them and I am so pleased I instructed these wonderful people as I cannot fault them at all. The professionalism and dedication was superb. They handled the sale without fault, the property was photographed well and I couldn’t believe how quickly the sale appeared on Rightmove. They also kept me updated with regular news and anything I needed to know. They have the balance just right. The sale went through so smoothly. I would like to pay particular thanks to Graham, Kevin and Martina, who are a credit to Fenn Wright and I thank all the other team members who handled the things that go on in the background (sorry I don’t know all your names). Absolutely first class agents.

I bought my bungalow which completed today through Fenn Wright in Colchester. The whole team have been brilliant from the very first contact. Mar the sales negotiator was exceptionally diligent in keeping me up to date whilst negotiations were taking place. Once the sale was agreed subject to contact I was helped by Laura in the sales progression team. Laura was an absolute superstar. Laura was calm and supportive and kept me in the loop at all times. As the chain progressed to exchange Laura was so brilliant and made buying such a better experience all round than I had previously had. Thank you team Fenn Wright. I think what actually really stood out for me was I sold my house through a different agent in another town so my fees obviously were to that agent. I did not pay anything to Fenn Wright Colchester as it was my purchase but I had an absolutely five-star service, regardless, thank you.

Told our landlord that she needs to charge just £200 a month extra to which we couldn’t afford so we were given a section 21 and told if we stay any longer then our contract date that we have pay the £200 extra as she was trying to sell the flat now we have just been slapped in the face and seen it’s no longer for sale and up for rent! The bully and treatment is crazy! We were pretty much forced at the time to have people come and visit even when I was really sick and told the landlady we refused entry when in fact they turned up without an appointment. My partner & I rented a property through Fenn Wright for 1 year and all I can say is never again! In the winter the property had serious damp and mould issues in which we contacted Fenn Wright to try and sort out. We had to chase them 8 times to finally get any sort of response. It seems if you have any issues they try at all costs to IGNORE YOU! We are so glad we no longer rent through Fenn Wright

It honestly can't be overstated how brilliant everyone at Fenn Wright has been. In the early stages when our flat was on the market, we could call and literally speak to anyone and they were always friendly and patient, (with particular thanks to Kris!) and always had up to date information about our sale. The process of our sale/purchase was not straightforward to say the least, and honestly can't imagine how we would have have survived with our sanity if it wasn't for Kelsey. She always kept me up to date and throughout the process, she was the one person I could properly rely on to get things done and keep everything moving. I am also a nervous nelly and let's face it, buying a house is stressful - but Kelsey could always make me laugh and keep my nerves in check. She was so reassuring and kind and I absolutely trusted that she would see us over the finish line. If you're looking for an estate agent, do yourself a favour and don't consider anyone else.

As a first time home seller I really didn't know what to expect going into the process but the best decision I made in the process of moving homes was switching agents to sell through FennWright Colchester. Would highly recommend the residential sales team to anyone considering going on the market or struggling to find a buyer. They all made me feel valued as a customer after a very poor experience elsewhere. The team took proper ownership of my sale & we had a buyer sorted within 3 weeks after being on the market for months with another agent. We obtained the correct market price for the property and constructive advice was provided to help secure a sale. The suitability and quality of viewings noticeably improved. Despite the busy period during the stamp duty holiday I never felt that anyone in the team was in a rush to get off the phone or didn't have time for my queries or concerns. Even the small things for example emails to confirm booked viewing appointments and who was showing the prospective buyers round were appreciated and from experience, not all agents offer / can be bothered with this! Prospective buyers were shown around by experienced estate agents that had good local knowledge for almost all appointments & they turned up early. Thanks to Paul & Kris for offering some really good advice, support and reassurance at the start. Martina was a pleasure to work with booking viewings. Calm patient and didn't mess me about changing times and trying to put viewings too close together so that the sales agents would inevitably not be able to arrive early enough for viewings. This all made this a positive experience which was a very welcome change as this was an area my previous "estate agents" really fell short. Kirsty handled the after sale process fantastically & did a great job keeping me informed with regular updates and pushing things along, really helping to make those last few weeks before completion as stress free as possible. Strongly recommend FennWright Colchester for anyone looking to buy or sell property in the area.

Excellent Service

We cannot recommend Fenn Wright more highly. We sold a property with the company and from the initial valuation visit with Paul Coward the service has been immaculate. Paul was professional, honest and empathetic given this was my late Mother’s property. Viewings were well managed and once the property was sold ( within a week) the process was straightforward and well organised. Our experience with each Team member was positive. Martina was most helpful. Kirsty was most professional and contacted us every week as the sale progressed. She was proactive and she too was understanding and empathetic becoming a welcome point of contact and arranging details outside her remit. Kevin covered Kirsty when she was on leave latterly and kept us updated in a meticulous manner. We feel we made an excellent choice in selecting Fenn Wright and would have no hesitation in recommending the company.
