These people will drag you along and make you jump through hoops to steal a holding deposit that they do not make you aware has a 15 day expiry period, wherein they will keep your deposit. Even when they have all available information from day one. They are scammers. Do not waste your time using this agency. Find a good agency and go with them.

Excellent team and very pro active

We were purchasers and treated so well. Kirsty was absolutely amazing. We had numerous issues with our sale, so not Fenn Wright’s problem, but she went above and beyond to help get things moving properly. Nothing was too much trouble, and in the end her grasp on the entire transaction was the only thing that kept me sane! Professional, kind and knowledgeable, the whole team at Fenn Wright were lovely. But special mention to Kirsty who literally saved my sanity over the final weeks!

Could not have asked for better!

Getting a viewing, making an offer and getting it accepted were quick and straight-forward. We were delighted, to say the very least! At this point Kirsty, a progressor, took over and what a brilliant job she did in really difficult and frustrating circumstances. There were problems down the chain which were out of her control, but at all times, she went out of her way, to be fully apprised of what was going on, to push for things to happen, and to kept us fully informed too. Nothing was too much trouble for her and we really appreciated her amazing support. We would have no hesitation in recommending Fenn Wright to anyone who is thinking of moving house.

Fantastic Fennwright’s

Fennwright’s have provided a first class service from start to finish and we could not have been happier. Graham’s valuation and negotiating skills got us an excellent offer for our home which was hugely appreciated. Martina’s customer service skills are second to none and she was the calm we needed when our first buyer pulled out. She was always happy to answer any questions and worked so hard to find us our second buyer. And Kirsty was an absolute star as our liaison between buyers, estate agents and solicitors, we would not have proceeded as quickly towards exchange without her. The other agent’s were fantastic too and we’re just so pleased we chose Fennwright’s to help us move, thank you all so much!

Fantastic service and support for our probate property sale!

The Fenn Wright team have been absolutely outstanding throughout the probate sale of my late father's property. In particular I would like to thank Paul Coward for his sensitivity and professionalism in arranging the sale on our behalf at such a traumatic time and also, Kirsty King who continuously and professionally kept our buyer and ourselves fully informed to completion over a difficult seven month period due to probate delays. Their advice and good humour throughout was invaluable, also letting us know who to contact when they would be away from the office; on getting in touch everyone we spoke with knew exactly what the situation was with the sale - I would like to thank Kris Dickson in this regard who was charming and efficiently handled the bid negotiations for us, again with a lovely sense of humour which helped no end with the stress involved! I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Fenn Wright and would definitely use them again for any future house sale or purchase.

Well what can I say about this company except they are very professional and helpful. We have had 3 homes to sell & 1 to buy and we have had this company to do all. Everything ran smoothly for all of them, I can't fault them at all. Whenever you wanted to ask anything they would help wherever possible. 2 particularly people I think went out of there way to help us which is Charley (Felixstowe) & Kyle (Ipswich) & I can't thank them enough. Wouldn't go anywhere else

I was with another estate agent originally but changed due to poor service and I'm so pleased I did. All staff I spoke to were excellent and the process was seamless. At one point, the sale was falling through but Laura was able to get it back on track which I'm very grateful for. Thanks to all for their efforts with this - money very well spent.
