GoogleThe commercial sales department of Fenn Wright in Colchester is incompetent and completely wasted both my time and money when trying to purchase a business unit through them. They failed to communicate to me that the seller had withdrawn the property from the market in November or December 2017 and still to this day have not had the courtesy to contact me and advise me the property is no longer for sale! I had to find out by speaking to the security guard on the business estate and getting a line of communication with the seller though him. I would advise anyone to avoid this agent, or at least this branch.

I have had to sell two houses in the last year and Fenn Wright have been fantastic on both occasions. Buyers for the properties were found quickly and the sales were managed faultlessly through to exchange. Adam Thorley and Kirsty King were absolutely brilliant and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Couldn't have faulted them. Kirsty was a god sent to us and kept us sane during times when my buyer was delaying things. She helped us set our completion date and leaise with everyone to get us all to a date. I really don't think I could have done it without her, she called us every week without fail even if there was no new news, which made me feel there was still progress during covid.

GoogleHi went to see a house on Wednesday and after the viewing I called immediately saying that I wanted to rent the house. By that time no one else was interested and and agent took my details and told me that I will have news that same day. It never happened. I send an email on Thursday morning that until today has not been answered and I told The agent on Wednesday I needed to know before Friday if I was going to rent the house or not. I called yesterday because the house appears as rented and no one answered the phone. According to what they told me the day of the viewing no one else had called to rent the house and I was the first so I assumed that “first called, first served” but it didn’t. Leila never got in touch with me and they couldn’t be bother to answer the phone. I had really good references of this letting agency but not anymoreNegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleExcellent service from fenn Wright The whole move went very smoothly from beginning to end. We were full informed every step of the way and the service provided was excellent. Fenn Wright go that extra step, doing all the viewings and answering any questions honestly, any queries were answered quickly . This was brilliant and took all the worry away from my elderly mother and helped us immensely. I don't like agents that fob you off aren't honest with you. James and Kirsty went that extra mile . I would strongly recommend them if you are moving home.

GoogleWe have dealt with Jon Barker over the past 4 years as first and now 2nd property landlords. He gave excellent advice at all stages of the purchase process taking the time to listen to and understand our requirements. His colleagues giving weekly updates on the process. Jon goes above and beyond the expected level of customer service even visiting a property with us on which we asked for his advice regarding the suitability for the rental market even thought this was not a Fenn Wright sale. The property we decided upon was purchased via Fenn Wright with tenants in situ. We would highly recommend Jon and his Colchester team.

I have used Fenn Wright Lettings for many years, where Michelle Reedie has become someone who I can totally rely on to resolve any issue that comes up. But this is the first time with their Sales team & Kirsty was extremely impressive. Updates at key times along with chasing lawyers when needed brought the deal to a swift conclusion and closed really quickly. Well done Fenn Wright - its good people that make any organisation successful!

Despite a protracted and frustrating purchase of our house, due mainly to it being a probate sale, I have only words of praise for the way Kirsty supported us throughout the long process. She kept us informed on the progress of the sale and was quick to respond to our many enquiries and concerns and acted as an excellent conduit between buyer and seller. Kirsty comes highly recommended and is a credit to Fenn Wright.
