We have been working with Steve at Fenn Wright for over a year while trying to find our next home, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for better support throughout what turned into quite a journey. Through no fault of our own, we unfortunately lost the first home we were buying. It was incredibly disappointing after getting so far, but thankfully, a year later, we found an even better property, and, fortunately for us, Steve was involved again. Steve was fantastic throughout the negotiations and worked incredibly hard with us to secure what can only be described as a cracking deal. His knowledge, persistence and approach made a huge difference, and we’re incredibly grateful for everything he did. Once the purchase was agreed, we were handed over to Eve, who dealt with the chain. Eve was absolutely brilliant. She was incredibly proactive, kept everyone informed and, most importantly, kept the entire chain moving. There were times when she was chasing and pushing things along more than our own estate agents were! 😂 Then there was Ruby, who worked tirelessly between us and the sellers to make sure our requirements, questions and observations were dealt with properly. She was incredibly helpful and made sure nothing was overlooked. Between Steve, Eve and Ruby, we genuinely felt that we had a team of people who cared about getting us into our new home and were prepared to go the extra mile to make it happen. Buying and selling property can be stressful at the best of times, and our journey certainly had its ups and downs, but having Fenn Wright in our corner made a huge difference. Steve, Eve and Ruby, thank you. You were all amazing, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fenn Wright to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. A truly first-class service from start to finish. 🏡👏

GoogleWe wanted to buy a house. It was aperfect lication and price. We were lied to, tricked into the fact that we can only use their mortgage advisor. Then the company said the seller didn't choose us. But the company bought that house themselves. We are absolutely gutted. After the investigation, it looks like the company are doing it quite a bit. They snap up the house for a good price and then re-sell it making a profit. So, we never want to deal with them again.

They created a great sales brochure in record time and organised viewings within a few days. It was easy to phone the office to track progress. We welcomed their help to find an EPC surveyor and a choice of local lawyers for conveyancing. I would definitely recommend.

TrustpilotMore redeeming features than I expected
I wasn’t looking forward to dealing with estate agents to sell my house from previous experience. However, staff at Dunmow to start and then Chelmsford were a pleasure. I dealt mostly with Isaac and sometimes Scott at Chelmsford. They were very on the ball, I never had to ask anything twice. Isaac kept me properly informed on viewings and responded to anything very quickly. They advised me well and I felt in charge. A couple of the usual buyer hiccups but they helped keep stress to a minimum. All staff interactions were very good and Isaac particularly is a credit.

Colchester has the most, with 504 reviews rated 4.5 out of 5, followed by Sudbury with 449.
