Outstanding service from Fenn Wright, highly recommended

We have been working with Steve at Fenn Wright for over a year while trying to find our next home, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for better support throughout what turned into quite a journey. Through no fault of our own, we unfortunately lost the first home we were buying. It was incredibly disappointing after getting so far, but thankfully, a year later, we found an even better property, and, fortunately for us, Steve was involved again. Steve was fantastic throughout the negotiations and worked incredibly hard with us to secure what can only be described as a cracking deal. His knowledge, persistence and approach made a huge difference, and we’re incredibly grateful for everything he did. Once the purchase was agreed, we were handed over to Eve, who dealt with the chain. Eve was absolutely brilliant. She was incredibly proactive, kept everyone informed and, most importantly, kept the entire chain moving. There were times when she was chasing and pushing things along more than our own estate agents were! 😂 Then there was Ruby, who worked tirelessly between us and the sellers to make sure our requirements, questions and observations were dealt with properly. She was incredibly helpful and made sure nothing was overlooked. Between Steve, Eve and Ruby, we genuinely felt that we had a team of people who cared about getting us into our new home and were prepared to go the extra mile to make it happen. Buying and selling property can be stressful at the best of times, and our journey certainly had its ups and downs, but having Fenn Wright in our corner made a huge difference. Steve, Eve and Ruby, thank you. You were all amazing, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fenn Wright to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Selling our home through Fenn Wright Felixstowe was a far more complex process than we ever anticipated, with a challenging property chain and several issues that had to be worked through before we could exchange. Throughout it all, Charley was absolutely outstanding. Her communication was second to none she kept us informed every step of the way, was always proactive in providing updates, and was incredibly responsive whenever we had questions or needed reassurance. We bought our new home in Felixstowe through Fenn Wright. It wasn't a straightforward process as various legal matters regarding probate had to be worked through. Charley and her team at Felixstowe were absolutely superb and nothing was too much trouble. Numerous viewings were accommodated and access for surveys / inspections was never an issue. The property had been on the market for some time with very little success. We moved to Fenn Wright in Woodbridge and within weeks we had a buyer. Ben was an incredibly helpful and supportive agent throughout the sale of our seafront character flat. The whole team were approachable, helpful and informative. Viewings were arranged with suitable potential buyers and any issues with getting buyers was to do with the turbulent mortgage market at the time. There wasn't an instance where I was unable to contact somebody at the office.
