A very good experience. Thorough and accurate appraisal of our house by Paul. Excellently marketed. Friendly and helpful staff during the selling process. Excellent support from Kirsty up to completion. Priced to sell and sold within 2 weeks for £25000 more than the most prevalent estate agent in Co3's estimated price. Recommended.

Charley and the team at Fenn Wright were extremely professional and helpful in helping my Mum sell her Trimley St. Martin home. Mum and I live in the US, making it vital we had someone to guide us through the process while communicating each step at a time as selling a home in the UK is very different than selling a home in the US. I spoke to most people on the team and felt they knew who i was and the stage of my sale I felt the company is honest and cares about their clients. I felt that I was communicated with in a timely fashion and my frustrations were understood. The feedback I received at the valuation of my house respected my feelings on parting with it. Be very very careful if you rent a property from this company. They are not understanding at all and do not listen. They pocket holding deposits and refuse to pay it back. After knowing the circumstances too. Very very unfair company and I’m very disappointed that they badly ripped off my son and his partner.

I had a great experience with Fenn Wright from the initial viewing of the property I ended up purchasing, all the way through to completion. They helped me secure a great property at a really good price. I was made to feel important and valued as a customer even through the stressful times that can occur when purchasing a property. A special mention has to go to Kirsty who would answer all queries from me at sometimes silly times of the evening or even on her day off. She is a real asset to the company and optimises the values Fenn Wright has. Kirsty made the whole process feel easy even when it became tricky. I would use Fenn Wright at any given chance should I move again in the future. thank you all for an amazing experience from a buyer's perspective.

Fenn Wright were great to deal with during the recent sale of our house. Very transparent and acted very quickly. We mainly dealt with Shannon Lay and she was fantastic from start to finish. Incredibly bubbly and friendly she really took the stress out of what could be a very stressful period. There was good communication between us and the buyers and she was very knowledgeable with all of our many questions! We would definitely use Fenn Wright again in the future

I have been dealing with Mel at Fennwright Maintenance in Stanway for the last few weeks on the above problem and now have had issue fully resolved. It wasn't easy for her, as it was a complex situation, but at all times Mel communicated with me to let me know what was going on. She is a credit to her company.I would also like to mention Emily who was also very helpful, while Mel was on holiday.

GoogleHave experienced Fenn Wright as both a buyer and a seller. The valuation given was £50K under what was achieved with another estate agent (multiple offers). As a buyer I called to book a viewing, I called twice on a Thursday and had no answer. Emailed on the Thursday and it was replied to on Friday afternoon saying they couldn't make the time I requested and could I do another time. I said the times I was free that week and I never heard from them despite chasing it up. The said house is still on the market now.
