GoogleShannon, no words, AMAZING!! So polite and professional. This is not one of those reviews where nothing is true. Shannon has genuinely been the best person, sorted a viewing out within a very short time scale (the open viewing was fully booked but Shannon still made time for me and my partner), answering every question I have in such full detail, professional and kind. Shannon really represents the company in such a positive way.

GoogleWe wanted to buy a house. It was aperfect lication and price. We were lied to, tricked into the fact that we can only use their mortgage advisor. Then the company said the seller didn't choose us. But the company bought that house themselves. We are absolutely gutted. After the investigation, it looks like the company are doing it quite a bit. They snap up the house for a good price and then re-sell it making a profit. So, we never want to deal with them again.

GoogleI sold my first house through Fenn Wright. I genuinely thought that this would end up being an exhausting process of many viewings etc etc but I actually had very few viewings before my house had sold. That's not to say that it was listed too low though because another estate agent wanted to list mine for less than it sold for! It was pleasant dealing with the various members of the team that I dealt with all the way from valuing my property right up to the completion of sale. Every member of staff was incredibly pleasant to deal with at each stage and I must also hand a thanks to Josh for recommending Hayward Moon solicitors to me as that made the entire process smooth for us. I believe throughout this whole process I must also thank Sean, Kyle and Debbie for their work with my property. Thanks again

GoogleThe whole team at Fenn Wright in Manningtree have been excellent from start to finish in helping us buy our new house. Kaleigh in particular was very quick to give us updates, call to check-in and didn't leave us waiting at the end of the phone in what can be a quite stressful process. She spoke to the solicitors and translated a lot of the complex legal terms into plain English for us which was greatly appreciated. I have nothing but good things to say about the team and would like to thank them for all of their hard work!

GoogleUnfortunately our first purchase experience was made very stressful by Fenn Wright. On completion date, they didn’t have all of the keys. Somebody else, known to the former owner, had them and were on holiday - breach of the contract which states all keys due by completion. When calling Kris to raise my concern and stress at 3.30pm on the completion date, he laughed over the phone and attempted to belittle me. I am glad I have this recorded as I will be taking this further. At the start of the process, we viewed the house and were told that the garage next door was ours. We negotiated based on that being the case. Turns out, our garage was around the corner. When asking to view, they didn’t have the keys. In all fairness, we did view again and see the garage. The property had been vacant for a year, and there was a food waste bin with mouldy food in the cupboard under the sink. The estate agent said that will be sorted, along with rubbish in the back garden. It took our solicitors some time to get this sorted, and the rubbish remained. It had just been chucked in the shed. I just felt like a huge inconvenience whenever having a query. I’m sorry, but buying a house is the biggest purchase you’ll ever make and all questions are important. Also, it was our first purchase, and we did nothing to deserve such poor treatment on completion day. As soon as you complete, it’s just expected you get on with it! The keys we had on a key ring as well - they didn’t even know which one was which, there were 2 keys and we needed 3 (front door, back doors and garage). Again, it was for me to sort myself. So more money being spent on locksmiths. I am truly disgusted by Fenn Wright Colchester. Would never use them again if I had the choice.

GoogleFennwright as not acted in my best interest upon end of tenancy. I paid my rents and never delayed a minute and when I ended my tenancy upon expiration of agreement, I was presented a bill of £505 which I found to be unfair to me. I contacted Fennwright and it’s clear my opinion and interest doesn’t matter to them except for that of the landlord. I am also your client and deserve better treatment. Not sure I can deal with Fennwright again because it’s clear they are on the side of the landlord and not the tenants

We were regularly kept informed and the overall service provided was great. Through my multiple emails, calls and questions there was always someone there to answer me and help us along the way.

GoogleFenn Wright Witham were fantastic agents. They were the agents for the property we were purchasing. Georgia dealt with our chain and i couldn't have asked for a better person. She kept us up to date every week on the progress providing clear emails with all the status' of the properties in the chain. She was very forward thinking, caring and friendly. She was always there to support us and provide help where needed. It would have been a much slower move, if Georgia wasn't on the case!

GoogleA big thank you to the team at Fenn Wright in Chelmsford! Firstly we used Fenn Wright to sell our property. The marketing was excellent and we were very pleased with the photos that Daniel took. Our house sold on the first day it went on the market and the team were very efficient in dealing with the offers made and keeping us in the loop at all times. The property we purchased was also with Fenn Wright, once again we were impressed when shown around by the team and felt we could trust their advice. We would certainly recommend Fenn Wright to anyone who is thinking of putting their house on the market.
