More redeeming features than I expected

I wasn’t looking forward to dealing with estate agents to sell my house from previous experience. However, staff at Dunmow to start and then Chelmsford were a pleasure. I dealt mostly with Isaac and sometimes Scott at Chelmsford. They were very on the ball, I never had to ask anything twice. Isaac kept me properly informed on viewings and responded to anything very quickly. They advised me well and I felt in charge. A couple of the usual buyer hiccups but they helped keep stress to a minimum. All staff interactions were very good and Isaac particularly is a credit.

Excellent Customer Service

We recently sold our apartment in Ipswich through Fenn Wright, and the service was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Selling a property can be incredibly stressful, but the Ipswich team made the entire process seamless and transparent. Their local market knowledge is unmatched, and they provided realistic, expert advice that helped us secure a fantastic result. Communication was excellent throughout; we were kept informed at every single stage and always felt fully supported by the team. They were proactive, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to progress the sale (especially Josh and Debbie). We cannot recommend Fenn Wright Ipswich highly enough to anyone looking to sell their property.

Purchase through Fenn Wright, Felixstowe

We bought our new home in Felixstowe through Fenn Wright. It wasn't a straightforward process as various legal matters regarding probate had to be worked through. Charley and her team at Felixstowe were absolutely superb and nothing was too much trouble. Numerous viewings were accommodated and access for surveys / inspections was never an issue. The level of communication that was facilitated made sure that all parties involved were well informed and led to a very successful outcome. Thanks once again Charley.

Kayleigh was great when we initially viewed the site and the various houses, and Steve was brilliant all the way through the buying process, guiding us through all the steps, from choosing the kitchen units and tile options, going through the plans extremely thoroughly, and keeping us informed of the build progress. Great communication on propert sale.

The property had been on the market for some time with very little success. We moved to Fenn Wright in Woodbridge and within weeks we had a buyer. Communication from Jamie in their office has been first class and we have been kept informed at every stage of the process which was slightly more difficult as we had tenants in the property. Fenn Wright Witham were fantastic agents. They were the agents for the property we were purchasing. Georgia dealt with our chain and i couldn't have asked for a better person. She kept us up to date every week on the progress providing clear emails with all the status' of the properties in the chain. She was very forward thinking, caring and friendly. She was always there to support us and provide help where needed. It would have been a much slower move, if Georgia wasn't on the case!
