GoogleBen was an incredibly helpful and supportive agent throughout the sale of our seafront character flat. The whole team were approachable, helpful and informative. Viewings were arranged with suitable potential buyers and any issues with getting buyers was to do with the turbulent mortgage market at the time. There wasn't an instance where I was unable to contact somebody at the office. Progression was as smooth as can be for a flat and a stressful experience was made much less than the nightmare it could have been.

We bought our house through Fenn Wright. We would like to thank the team at the Felixstowe office for their patience with our viewing appointments. In particular, Debbie Oliver the Sale Progressor, was excellent with her perseverance and positivity and commitment with her time, patience and sheer dedication to getting our purchase achieved. Given the importance of exchange and completion, Debbie projected calmness and positivity throughout. We really felt Fenn Wright cared because of her wonderful professionalism. Very good work all round.

Very shocking customer service. Viewed a property to rent and waited over an hour outside the front door to be told they didn't have access and was watching the locksmith trying to get into the property as they didn't have access for whatever reason. We waited over an hour as we really liked the look of the property from the photos online. We entered and at first was nice until we entered upstairs which was so damage and a horrendous standard to even show potential renters. There were red stains on carpets, filthy bathrooms, damaged walls and looked like the previous tenants has tried to rewire the house themselves as all the walls were botched. We liked the area and phoned Fenn Wright that we was dissapointed as they advertised the property with photos of a brand new house and since then its had damage and this is false representation and the lettings lady just said the landlord does not pay for end of tenancy inspection. But we asked if these problems would be rectified before new tenants but they kept fobbing us off with saying they would ring back but never did! We could of literally of walked into anything if the property had never been checked from previous tenants and used a locksmith to get in on the time of our viewing appointment. Extremely unprofessional. We then emailed them, sent messages to online chat and phoned numerous times to put our interest forward to be told they would contact us back but they never did or acknowledged our email. This service is shocking and especially fobbing off potential renters is just horrific when they are asking for so much rent monthly as well. Poor customer service from Fenn Wright and I certainly wouldn't want to use them in the future!

We sold our property in a week through Fenn Wright in Sudbury. Every member of the team was polite, helpful and efficient. They created a great sales brochure in record time and organised viewings within a few days. It was easy to phone the office to track progress. We welcomed their help to find an EPC surveyor and a choice of local lawyers for conveyancing. I would definitely recommend.

We've just sold our house and bought our new house through Fenn Wright in Felixstowe, and they have been absolutely brilliant! Our main contact has been Charley, who has been so on the ball and efficient, knowing exactly what we were looking for and dealing with everything so smoothly! We went on the market end of January, accepted an offer end of March, and moved the end of April! As well as Charley we've been dealing with Ruby, Jazmin and Sienna, and they've all been super helpful and professional. We can't thank you enough!
