As a family, we have just received excellent service from Fenn Wright to sell a late grandmother's bungalow. Specifically, Matt was very professional in his approach and dedicated to keeping us informed of the process, making this stress free during a difficult time. The bungalow was successfully sold in just a few months due to the high standard of the adverts, the visits and everything that Matt put in place to ensure it could find its next owner. Definitely would recommend as an estate agency.

We listed our late mother’s property with Fenn Wright and couldn’t be happier. Matt came round and viewed the property almost immediately. He agreed to list the property at a price which I was expecting. Markup was done on 15th September. After photographing the property it was listed online initially. Our first viewing was the following day 16th Sept with a further 2 viewings that day. In total we had 14 viewings with 2 offers below the asking price, before accepting an offer at full asking price just 10 days later. Exchange was arranged on 13 November with Completion on 28th November just 6 weeks after listing. The whole process was totally painless, we didn’t have to do anything. Fenn Wright even arranged for the EPC to be carried out. All viewings were done by FW and we were kept informed at every level. I cannot thank the team at Fenn Wright enough for their fantastic service and support throughout this process, it seriously couldn’t have gone any smoother. 6 weeks from listing till completion, what’s not to like. Fantastic.

More redeeming features than I expected

I wasn’t looking forward to dealing with estate agents to sell my house from previous experience. However, staff at Dunmow to start and then Chelmsford were a pleasure. I dealt mostly with Isaac and sometimes Scott at Chelmsford. They were very on the ball, I never had to ask anything twice. Isaac kept me properly informed on viewings and responded to anything very quickly. They advised me well and I felt in charge. A couple of the usual buyer hiccups but they helped keep stress to a minimum. All staff interactions were very good and Isaac particularly is a credit.

We recently sold our apartment in Ipswich through Fenn Wright, and the service was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Selling a property can be incredibly stressful, but the Ipswich team made the entire process seamless and transparent. Their local market knowledge is unmatched, and they provided realistic, expert advice that helped us secure a fantastic result. Communication was excellent throughout; we were kept informed at every single stage and always felt fully supported by the team. They were proactive, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to progress the sale (especially Josh and Debbie). We bought our new home in Felixstowe through Fenn Wright. It wasn't a straightforward process as various legal matters regarding probate had to be worked through. Great communication on propert sale.

The property had been on the market for some time with very little success. We moved to Fenn Wright in Woodbridge and within weeks we had a buyer. Fenn Wright Witham were fantastic agents. They were the agents for the property we were purchasing. Georgia dealt with our chain and i couldn't have asked for a better person.
