We have just had a valuation from Fenn Wright, Sudbury. Mr Neil Sell, was very professional, he clearly had complete knowledge of our area & the current market situation. He was also very knowledgeable on where all the schools/doctors are etc in relation to our property. Mr Sell was extremely through, he didn’t rush anything, he fully explained how Fenn Wright services work & how our sale would be dealt with from start to finish. We were both very impressed, a very polite chap, who clearly has a great all round knowledge. We will definitely be using Fenn Wright when we decide to move forwards.

We wanted to buy a house but sadly it was going nowhere fast. Fortunately for us we were allocated a Superman like figure to sort out significant problems in the form of Steve Lillistone. Clark Kent eat your heart out Steve was to our rescue in his red cape and blue leotard. He had us smiling whilst still despairing but more importantly he dragged our purchase over the line to where it needed to be. Thanks Steve top man!

We've just sold our house and bought our new house through Fenn Wright in Felixstowe, and they have been absolutely brilliant! Our main contact has been Charley, who has been so on the ball and efficient, knowing exactly what we were looking for and dealing with everything so smoothly! We went on the market end of January, accepted an offer end of March, and moved the end of April! As well as Charley we've been dealing with Ruby, Jazmin and Sienna, and they've all been super helpful and professional. We can't thank you enough!

My experiences were a 'game of two halves' of which I would give 2 and a half for the latter dealings but nothing for the start. we got off on the wrong foot with Neil when I was unhappy with the photos he'd taken, the one from the front with such a wide angle it included two properties either side of my cottage. He did come back and improved them a bit, but every one of the viewers was taken aback by the space as opposed to what they thought they'd be seeing. One person put an acceptable offer in but apparently they were 'hard to contact' and the Agents were not happy for us to accept anyway as the person hadn't been around to view. We found the person on FB and they said the Agency had been obstructive so they had decided on somewhere else. That was disheartening. The next few viewers offered way beneath the asking price, and in one case I was told by Fenn Wright that 'they didn't have much money, and couldn't afford anywhere else'. As much as I sympathized I wonder why they were directed to come and view something so much over their budget? Perhaps they thought I had a 'charitable look'. Neil then told us that we should take a lower offer as we 'would never get the price we were asking, he'd been an Agent for over 20 years and knew best'. The next bidder agreed to the price which was 15 grand more than our expert had told us we wouldn't get, and though that 'gentleman' bailed out four weeks before completion (ouch) the next one who matched the price completed. This is where the points come in, the ladies at the Office were brilliant, kept me informed and up to date through out and I was most appreciative. If some of you get out doing the viewings you'd be getting the company 5 stars!NegativeProfessionalism

I am a tenant renting through Fenn Wright and a few maintenance issues have cropped up over the last few months. Jake Richardson in the property management team has been so helpful, always getting in touch super quick - quicker than i'd expect from a really big , busy lettings team and really good at communicating and keeping tenants updated. We used Fenn Wright for the sale of our flat in West Bergholt recently. From the initial contact and really impressive photographs (the flat looked stunning on Rightmove), through to completion we had regular updates to keep us in the loop throughout the sale. Fenn Wright acted for the seller of our new dream home. If it had not been for their stellar performance the sale would have fallen through. Graham Buxton was very approachable and professional when dealing with the negotiations and once a price was agreed it seemed things would progress quickly and smoothly as the chain was fairly small. However, from early on it was beset with issues lower down the chain. Despite the problems, Tracy Wigens was incredible in progressing the sale and regularly kept in contact, often going above and beyond. She was a great sounding board when it came to working problems out. Dealing with very experienced agents made a big difference and I would highly recommend Fenn Wright.
