GoogleFirst class service from Matt, who came out to value our house. Also Emma & Charlotte who showed us a couple of properties of interest -they were friendly and inform. I found Matt very honest straight forward and very polite. No hard sales talk just an honest appraisal of value and costs involved in moving house. Matt had very good local knowledge of the area in which we live and I would not hesitate to use if we do decide to sell at a later date.

I spoke to most people on the team and felt they knew who i was and the stage of my sale I felt the company is honest and cares about their clients. I felt that I was communicated with in a timely fashion and my frustrations were understood. The feedback I received at the valuation of my house respected my feelings on parting with it. It was tough going at times but it is recognised as the most stressful thing you can do. And it is Thank you Fenn Wright

Mum and I live in the US, making it vital we had someone to guide us through the process while communicating each step at a time as selling a home in the UK is very different than selling a home in the US. Be very very careful if you rent a property from this company. They are not understanding at all and do not listen. They pocket holding deposits and refuse to pay it back. After knowing the circumstances too. Very very unfair company and I’m very disappointed that they badly ripped off my son and his partner.

I had a great experience with Fenn Wright from the initial viewing of the property I ended up purchasing, all the way through to completion. They helped me secure a great property at a really good price. I was made to feel important and valued as a customer even through the stressful times that can occur when purchasing a property. A special mention has to go to Kirsty who would answer all queries from me at sometimes silly times of the evening or even on her day off. She is a real asset to the company and optimises the values Fenn Wright has. Kirsty made the whole process feel easy even when it became tricky. I would use Fenn Wright at any given chance should I move again in the future. thank you all for an amazing experience from a buyer's perspective.

We recently purchased our first home via Fenn Wright, Colchester - we honestly couldn’t recommend Kirsty and her team enough. All aspects of the purchase were dealt with efficiently and communication was excellent throughout all stages of the purchase. Any queries/issues that arose were promptly dealt with by the team which made what seemed a daunting process for us, incredibly straightforward and stress-free on our side. Kirsty was incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects our house purchase, which completely filled us with confidence that everything was being taken care of. Will certainly be using Fenn Wright in the future and would highly recommend!

Their sales progression team, especially Kirsty, were excellent and kept us informed as to progress of the transaction and kept in close touch with our buyers. Joshua ensured that I was updated at all times with regards to my property transaction in Ipswich. This as especially important as my solicitors levels of communication was negligible at times. Fenn wright were the 3rd estate agent we used after 2 unsuccessful ones. I wish we'd gone to them first! Kirsty & her team from the stanway office were the ones to eventually make our move complete. She was constantly keeping us updated on what was a very stressful move. She was friendly & approachable whilst still being professional. She clearly knows her stuff & worked very very hard to make it come together. I will actually miss not talking to her now we are moved! She restored my faith in estate agents & I would highly recommend her & her team.
