GoogleThe initial contact with Fenn Wright when Neil did the survey and valuation convinced us we had made the right choice. His professionalism and confident approach was quickly backed up by contact with Jenny and Tracy. We were quite nervous and unsure about selling after 21 years in our house but the whole team was kind and patient with us. Importantly, our buyers had listed their interest with Fenn Wright for the same reasons, and we were put together quite quickly. Fenn Wright then ensured that the prospective sale (and our purchase through another agent in another town) went through to a satisfactory conclusion. The whole experience with Fenn Wright demonstrated the value of having professional, experienced support in selling and buying property. Importantly, the price they secured for us, which was in excess of what we might have asked in a private sale, enabled us to cover our whole conveyancing and removal costs. We cannot recommend Fenn Wright more highly.

YellFantastic, friendly, and helpful
As first time buyers, Fenn Wright have made the buying process extremely easy and fast. There was a lot of backwards and forwards for various reasons (mainly due to us being first time buyers and confused!) but Claudia and Tracey took it all in their stride and dealt with it in an extremely fast, efficient, and professional way. We managed to get the keys just over 9 weeks after our initial viewing and I have no doubts that this was mostly down to the team at Fenn Wright. They are extremely responsive (I don’t think I was ever unable to reach someone on the phone, and emails were always replied to very promptly), very friendly, and never seemed to get frustrated by our lack of knowledge with buying a house.I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

We have recently experienced a very long up and down rocky road , but eventually exchanged . We can’t thank Steve, Tracy and Jenny enough for getting us there. This team are a very dedicated, proactive, communicative, supportive one right from the beginning until the end, going the extra mile . During the emotional and stressful times they understood what you were going through and gave good advice , it wasn’t just a sale to them. The difference is that “they care” and are very passionate , working hard out of office hours too. We can’t thank them enough for their guidance and support. We highly recommend this team throughout the process of either buying selling or both ! We are forever thankful for their time and effort that we received which led to us getting the result we wanted. Well done Steve Tracy and Jenny you were outstanding.

When it comes to comparing estate agents, we've realised that the ability to match a seller to a buyer is perhaps the easy bit. What seems to make the difference is the willingness and ability to keep that deal alive and nurse it through to completion. At Fenn Wright this is just part of the service. They have an amazingly talented and specially dedicated team of sales progression professionals. They're on hand to manage your deal through from initial offer right to handing over the keys. They're probably not the only company to offer this service but you'd do well to find one that does it better. I'm taking time to write this even though I'm not directly one of their customers (but the seller was). Without the personal dedication of their team, I don't know how we would ever have got it over the line. There's definitely a world of difference between what estate agents really deliver and it's here that Fenn Wright make that difference. Special thanks to Tracy Wigens who never gave up.

Well what can I say about this company except they are very professional and helpful. We have had 3 homes to sell & 1 to buy and we have had this company to do all. Everything ran smoothly for all of them, I can't fault them at all. Whenever you wanted to ask anything they would help wherever possible. 2 particularly people I think went out of there way to help us which is Charley (Felixstowe) & Kyle (Ipswich) & I can't thank them enough. We are now happy in our new home and hopefully 2025 will be quieter.

Extremely pleased with Fenn Wright , they were so helpfully with my mother in laws move from start to finish nothing was to much . Tracy Wigens was always there to support the move from start to finish with the solicitor or just with a friendly advice . If it wasn’t for her I’m sure the move wouldn’t have happen when it did . If I was going to put my property up for sale I would highly recommend them

Could not fault the service. Initially dealt with Claudia who was so friendly and helpful with getting our offer accepted and was always at hand for anything we needed.The lockdown started whilst we was progressing which left us in the dark wondering if our purchase was going to go through. As first time buyers, we was at a loss. Tracey progressed the sale despite all of the adversaries that we was facing and we could not be happier. At every stage, Tracey was there pushing the purchase through. Again, nothing was too much for her and we felt, and now know, we was in completely safe hands in these uncertain times.We exchange and completed this week and without Claudia and Traceys help this may not have happened.
