I would highly recommend Fenn Wright. I had a very challenging sale and Tracy and the team at Fenn Wright went over and above and kept me informed at every step. I was made to feel that nothing was to much of an ask and always received a fast response. They were always realistic with timescales so that i was never left disappointed. The staff absolutely made a stressful time more straightforward and the help given was amazing. Every single member of staff I have dealt with throughout the process has been very professional and friendly from start to finish. A special thanks to Tracy who without her support and dedication to 'getting things done' I probably would not have got to completion. I would have no hesitation in using them again.

I didn't believe before it all started that moving was such a stressful experience, but found out it was true. Thanks to Fenn Wright we were able to secure our new home and, despite the trials and tribulations, along the way, remain communicative and professional throughout.Jenny had been at the start of the process and we know she had the vendors interests at heart with advice and making sure we were serious about the purchase.Then Sales Progression by Tracy was truly amazing, What a lovely, friendly person to take things forward. Tracy was not only supportive but helpful and communicative - which is invaluable and helps the nerves! When the call came through that we had Exchanged Contracts, there was a cheer from us both! We highly recommend Fenn Wright for house buying and although we do not intend to move again, we would use them if we ever choose to sell up! Thank you all at Fenn Wrights for being a fantastic Team and getting us into our ideal home.

GoogleWe met Claudia in August expecting another fruitless look at properties possibly with an agent who wanted to be elsewhere and when asked a question replied that they didn't know but could probably find out if we really wanted to know! Claudia was not one of those. She was very bright and a real breath of fresh air. She joined in the conversation and offered suggestions. She was very clued up about the properties we viewed and knew details of when the vendor might want to move. She sold us the house we will shortly move into and I hope that she will visit us there on a regular basis. She is a friend! She even laughed at some of my stupid jokes! The other people at FennWright are pretty good too!

GoogleWe bought a house through Fenn Wright. Our viewing went really well, Claudia was able to answer most of our questions and found out what she didnt know. Our solicitors messed about during a key point of the purchase. Tracy and Claudia didnt give up and pull the plug, they helped us to ensure the purchase went through. I know that many agents would not have been as supportive, it was so nice to be able to deal with genuine, nice people. If we are looking to sell, rent or buy in the future we will be back in touch with them first.

Buyers for the properties were found quickly and the sales were managed faultlessly through to exchange. A very friendly office of people. Neil, Tracey and Claudia were excellent, I dealt mostly with them, but all of the staff in the office were friendly and highly professional. It was refreshing to deal with an agent who listened to my needs. I believe that it was due to this approach that a purchaser was found very quickly and my property sold very quickly. I am delighted and would not hesitate to recommend Fenn Wright to anybody who is considering selling their home, or, purchasing their next home.

GoogleFrom begging to end there was no professionalism with Fenn wright, we viewed the property and the person who was showing us around had no insight into the prices and was just reading off of a piece of paper. Me and my girlfriend decided we loved the property enough to go for it, being told they would go speak to the landlord and get back to us. We waited over a week to get a response so I decided to call them myself. After doing this I was told that the property was removed and had been sold by another agency, even though we were told nobody was viewing the property. They had all this information and never bothered to even tell me or my girlfriend, whilst we were waiting around getting excited about the prospect of a new home.

Despite a protracted and frustrating purchase of our house, due mainly to it being a probate sale, I have only words of praise for the way Kirsty supported us throughout the long process. She kept us informed on the progress of the sale and was quick to respond to our many enquiries and concerns and acted as an excellent conduit between buyer and seller. Kirsty comes highly recommended and is a credit to Fenn Wright.

One of the worst valuators. I had signed up for an Octopus Commercial Bridging Finance deal and Fenn Wright commercial were sent to perform valuation. They took 8 weeks to respond to emails and communication and after persistent chasing they finally came on the 10th week, they simply dont respond at all. On they day of valuation, came a senior commercial valuator and a trainee. The senior guy did nothing but talk on phone outside and let the trainee do the job himself, he dint know how to use the tools to do the measurements.They went back and no response for about 6 weeks! then after chasing again sent a report with absolute terrible low down valuation with comparable as far away of 25 miles! In the same street there are commerical comparables which they did not put on their report, instead somewhere far of. After push back and arguments, they sent another report after 2 weeks with some decent valuation. Meanwhile my offer with Octopus had expired and had to reapply and ended up getting an investor loan and by the time I was granted bridging finance, I was almost half way through the project refub
