Moving home is difficult at the best of times but with the turbulent housing market conditions currently, it’s certainly been a bumpy ride! Despite a difficult chain, the team managed to make our purchase experience a very positive one. A special thanks to Tracy for all her support and laser focus to ensure the whole chain kept moving right up until the very end. Very much appreciated.

My wife had to find an estate agent to sell her Aunt's property. As we don't live in the area it was a bit of a random choice to be honest, but from the very first phone call to Kirsty at Fenn Wright in Stanway to book a valuation, to Paul coming to the property to value and take details (the sales particulars looked amazing) right through to great advice and fabulous sales progression by Kirsty in what turned out to be a lengthy process although the property sold on day one. We couldn't have made a better choice if we’d tried. We had weekly updates from Kirsty, quite often before my solicitor updated us. We would 100% recommend Fenn Wright if you are looking for great professional service

The Sudbury Fenn Wright Team are very friendly and extremely well organised. They were able to help massively when we needed various conveyancing documents signed and witnessed. They also copied various information I wanted to keep and sent the documents off to AVRillo solicitors. GoogleAfter being told that all parties were in line and ready to go we were looking forward to moving to our dream property, as we believed the chain to be in place. Four and a half months later and subsequently finding that, far from being ready to go; solicitors had not been appointed and mortgages had not been approved; the dream had slowly turned into a nightmare. No sale, no purchase, no chain, no move and no faith in Fenn Wright. The tired cliche of “promising a lot, but delivering little” seems fitting for this agency. If you are considering using Fenn Wright; my advice would be: think very carefully. There are plenty of other agencies in the area.

Lessons learnt. First buyer months in shifted quickly to an identical property in the block on a small technical issue, second buyer ghosted after offer, third buyer took near six months with no exchange and miraculously secured another property in two days.!!!! Progressing is extremely weak and ineffectual.
