Fenn Wright have been absolutely excellent throughout my house purchase. Aidan was great at showing me around properties - he was knowledgeable and a good sounding board, all whilst not being pushy or trying to influence me in any way. Once my offer had been accepted, Tracy was the most amazing person ever to guide me through the process. She kept me updated on all developments with the chain and did so with a friendly and personable approach. Her calm and realistic manner made me feel at ease at all times and I cannot thank her enough for all the help she provided through what would otherwise have been an even more stressful time! I would definitely recommend this branch to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

I’ve used Fenn Wright to market and sell my last two properties. There is no other estate agent in the area I would use. My property was marketed efficiently and sold within a week. Communication and professionalism are top notch and special praise needs to go to Tracy and Jenny for chasing the sales to exchange and completion. Both my sales have had significant chain issues and how Tracy has kept it all together is beyond me. If you’re looking for the most honest and best customer service then Fenn Wright are definitely the company to use.

This purchase was extremely taxing for everyone involved & made more complicated by having 2x first time buyers buying 2 separate properties. Without the expertise of Kirsty holding it all together this sale would not have happened. She kept us fully informed of the good & sometimes bad news at all times & was doing the job of the solicitors by liaising with all the other agents involved in this chain. Amazing service and speedy sale! We popped into Fenn Wright to put an offer in on a house, but soon found we needed an active offer on our house first. Fenn Wright clearly explained this to us and were able to value and list our house within 24-48 hours. Within an hour of listing we had several viewings booked in and within 2-weeks we’d sold our house and managed to get our dream house (also through Fenn Wright). Throughout we had exceptional service and contact with Fenn Wright detailing every important move and keeping us in the loop throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend 😊

From the very first enquiry with FWS my experience has always been positive, nothing seemed to be too much trouble for any of the team there. I was given a realistic view of the market last June and my property was marketed very quickly and successfully. There were a few obstacles along the proceedings but thanks to a great deal of consistent help from Sam, Jenny, Claire, Emma and in particular Tracy who appeared to hold everything together, with incredible patience and understanding. I would recommend FWS to anyone thinking about buying or selling property.

We are so grateful that we choose Fenn Wright to sell our property. They were professional, kind and helpful at all times and Tracy went above and beyond to help us secure the purchase of our new home, which has taken a year and 9 months and has been an absolute nightmare. She spent a huge amount of time explaining things to us, providing support and guidance, pacifying our buyers and even liaising with other estate agents and solicitors on our behalf. It's fair to say that it wouldn't have happened without her help. Throughout the process, Fenn Wright had to put our house on the market three times and did so without complaint or fuss, even though I'm sure they were as desperate as we were to complete our sale. Very shocking customer service

Very shocking customer service. Viewed a property to rent and waited over an hour outside the front door to be told they didn't have access and was watching the locksmith trying to get into the property as they didn't have access for whatever reason. We waited over an hour as we really liked the look of the property from the photos online. We entered and at first was nice until we entered upstairs which was so damage and a horrendous standard to even show potential renters. There were red stains on carpets, filthy bathrooms, damaged walls and looked like the previous tenants has tried to rewire the house themselves as all the walls were botched. We liked the area and phoned Fenn Wright that we was dissapointed as they advertised the property with photos of a brand new house and since then its had damage and this is false representation and the lettings lady just said the landlord does not pay for end of tenancy inspection. But we asked if these problems would be rectified before new tenants but they kept fobbing us off with saying they would ring back but never did! We could of literally of walked into anything if the property had never been checked from previous tenants and used a locksmith to get in on the time of our viewing appointment. Extremely unprofessional. We then emailed them, sent messages to online chat and phoned numerous times to put our interest forward to be told they would contact us back but they never did or acknowledged our email. This service is shocking and especially fobbing off potential renters is just horrific when they are asking for so much rent monthly as well. Poor customer service from Fenn Wright and I certainly wouldn't want to use them in the future!

Fenn Wright recently sold our house for us. It was a very complicated and tricky sale with a difficult chain. Tracy who dealt with the sales progression was a star. I do not doubt for a second that any other agent would not have got it to completion. She is one of the primary reasons we went with Fenn Wright as she is just so dedicated and laser focused. Neil was brilliant with the valuation - unlike other agents he didn't lie and tell me it was worth what I wanted to hear. The figure he put on it was exactly what it sold for and he wasn't afraid to have frank conversations about price. Claudia who dealt with a lot of the enquiries was amazing - she is a real asset and really knows her stuff and we were very impressed with her throughout the sale. They also were very understanding when it came to us getting stressed during the progress and I just cant thank them all enough !

When Neil came to value my house, I immediately knew that Fenn Wright were the right agents for me.
