We used Fenn Wright for the sale of our flat in West Bergholt recently. From the initial contact and really impressive photographs (the flat looked stunning on Rightmove), through to completion we had regular updates to keep us in the loop throughout the sale. We were absolutely amazed that they sold our flat within a few days, despite it being Winter just before Christmas! We would whole heartedly recommend Kirsty, Paul and all the Fenn Wright team for their professionalism and attention to detail. Thank you so much, we greatly appreciate your hard work!

GoogleUseless at trying to let a property from them. I have chased and chased about a property,don't get anywhere. Tried to book a viewing and they told me to contact them the following week but gave out viewings to other people.impossible to communicate with EDIT: finally viewed the property and have now spent days trying to get an application form with no response from anyone. Also contacted head of lettings as advised and didn't hear anything from her either

David Nesmith has been a great help, and just a genuinely nice person and a pleasure to deal with (even if we were very stressed). Mum and I live in the US, making it vital we had someone to guide us through the process while communicating each step at a time as selling a home in the UK is very different than selling a home in the US. I spoke to most people on the team and felt they knew who i was and the stage of my sale I felt the company is honest and cares about their clients. I felt that I was communicated with in a timely fashion and my frustrations were understood. The feedback I received at the valuation of my house respected my feelings on parting with it. Be very very careful if you rent a property from this company. They are not understanding at all and do not listen. They pocket holding deposits and refuse to pay it back. After knowing the circumstances too. Very very unfair company and I’m very disappointed that they badly ripped off my son and his partner.

I had a great experience with Fenn Wright from the initial viewing of the property I ended up purchasing, all the way through to completion. They helped me secure a great property at a really good price. I was made to feel important and valued as a customer even through the stressful times that can occur when purchasing a property. A special mention has to go to Kirsty who would answer all queries from me at sometimes silly times of the evening or even on her day off. She is a real asset to the company and optimises the values Fenn Wright has. Kirsty made the whole process feel easy even when it became tricky. I would use Fenn Wright at any given chance should I move again in the future. thank you all for an amazing experience from a buyer's perspective.

All aspects of the purchase were dealt with efficiently and communication was excellent throughout all stages of the purchase. Professional and efficient service from start to finish. They quickly found a buyer who had nothing to sell, and who offered the asking price. Their sales progression team, especially Kirsty, were excellent and kept us informed as to progress of the transaction and kept in close touch with our buyers. Joshua ensured that I was updated at all times with regards to my property transaction in Ipswich. This as especially important as my solicitors levels of communication was negligible at times. Unfortunately we had a previous bad experience so changed agents and Fenn Wright have been excellent.
