Sold my Mums house through Fenn Wright and found them to be extremely understanding and helpful. Josh was great with communications throughout and very responsive. Thanks to Josh and also to David, who kept us updated in Josh's absence, and for chasing up solicitors on the final day. Would definitely recommend 😊

GoogleAfter a bad experience with another agent, Phil at Fenn Wright was recommended by a friend. We were very honest and upfront with our situation but Phil was very honest and upfront with our expectations. As soon as we went live with our house sale we had realistic people over with a view to buying our house! 8 days in and we had a sale! We had our hearts set on a house we had seen for sale for sometime and Phil gave good honest guidelines. We followed his advice and the sellers accepted our offer! Absolutely amazing customer service! I absolutely can’t recommend Phil at Fenn Wright more!

I’d strongly recommend using Fenn Wright. Not only did I sell two houses with them, but I also bought another through them. I found them to be excellent at communicating when it came to the multiple viewings of our properties, and very good at working out what type of property I wanted to view. A big thank you to Chris and his team for the sales and the purchase.

GoogleEmily was the only decent person that I dealt with during an issue when we were leaving our rented property with Fennwright. Everyone else avoided responsibility and made things unnecessarily frustrating. For anyone reading this, Fennwright agents don’t make notes when you call, so if you have an issue, it’s a good idea to record your calls.

This purchase was extremely taxing for everyone involved & made more complicated by having 2x first time buyers buying 2 separate properties. Without the expertise of Kirsty holding it all together this sale would not have happened. She kept us fully informed of the good & sometimes bad news at all times & was doing the job of the solicitors by liaising with all the other agents involved in this chain. We can’t thank Kirsty & her team enough for helping us especially when she worked during her holiday with her family to ensure that the exchange & completion on the same day happened. Thanks again Kirsty you were awesome.

GoogleJust finished a couple of viewings with Jo. She was the best estate agent weve seen who has showed us around houses. She brought and matched our enthusiasm for a house we loved and equally recognised when another property wasnt for us. She was knowledgeable about the house and helped paint a picture for what it would feel like living there, rather than many estate agents who just awkwardly stand in a corner.

We bought our house through Fenn Wright. We would like to thank the team at the Felixstowe office for their patience with our viewing appointments. In particular, Debbie Oliver the Sale Progressor, was excellent with her perseverance and positivity and commitment with her time, patience and sheer dedication to getting our purchase achieved. Given the importance of exchange and completion, Debbie projected calmness and positivity throughout. We really felt Fenn Wright cared because of her wonderful professionalism. Very good work all round.

Very shocking customer service. Viewed a property to rent and waited over an hour outside the front door to be told they didn't have access and was watching the locksmith trying to get into the property as they didn't have access for whatever reason. We waited over an hour as we really liked the look of the property from the photos online. We entered and at first was nice until we entered upstairs which was so damage and a horrendous standard to even show potential renters. There were red stains on carpets, filthy bathrooms, damaged walls and looked like the previous tenants has tried to rewire the house themselves as all the walls were botched. We liked the area and phoned Fenn Wright that we was dissapointed as they advertised the property with photos of a brand new house and since then its had damage and this is false representation and the lettings lady just said the landlord does not pay for end of tenancy inspection. But we asked if these problems would be rectified before new tenants but they kept fobbing us off with saying they would ring back but never did! We could of literally of walked into anything if the property had never been checked from previous tenants and used a locksmith to get in on the time of our viewing appointment. Extremely unprofessional. We then emailed them, sent messages to online chat and phoned numerous times to put our interest forward to be told they would contact us back but they never did or acknowledged our email. This service is shocking and especially fobbing off potential renters is just horrific when they are asking for so much rent monthly as well. Poor customer service from Fenn Wright and I certainly wouldn't want to use them in the future!

We sold our property in a week through Fenn Wright in Sudbury. Every member of the team was polite, helpful and efficient. They created a great sales brochure in record time and organised viewings within a few days. It was easy to phone the office to track progress. We welcomed their help to find an EPC surveyor and a choice of local lawyers for conveyancing. I would definitely recommend.
