YellReally do go the extra mile if needed
I would highly recommend Fenn Wright. I had a very challenging sale and Tracy and the team at Fenn Wright went over and above and kept me informed at every step. I was made to feel that nothing was to much of an ask and always received a fast response. They were always realistic with timescales so that i was never left disappointed. The staff absolutely made a stressful time more straightforward and the help given was amazing. Every single member of staff I have dealt with throughout the process has been very professional and friendly from start to finish. A special thanks to Tracy who without her support and dedication to 'getting things done' I probably would not have got to completion. I would have no hesitation in using them again.

YellFeedback on Sale of our House
The Sudbury Fenn Wright Team are very friendly and extremely well organised. They were able to help massively when we needed various conveyancing documents signed and witnessed. They also copied various information I wanted to keep and sent the documents off to AVRillo solicitors. We were very impressed with the service and would like to give special thanks to Claudia, Tracy and Janice. Best Wishes - Stuart and Becky Waite

YellWould highly recommend!
I have nothing but great things to say about Fenn Wright- Sudbury. I would particularly like to mention Claudia who was a constant delight from day 1 of meeting her whilst viewing the property right up until completion, it’s like talking to an old friend but yet still with the professionalism and fantastic customer relations I have come to expect from this branch. The team as a whole are approachable, efficient and welcoming and I can not rate them highly or recommend them enough. Hence 5 stars.

YellExcellent customer Experience
During the purchase of our house, we encountered various difficulties during the conveyancing process. Even though we had given up, Martina Reilly at Fern Wright Estate agency worked tirelessly, contacting the various solicitors and everyone involved; and this helped greatly to steady the ship. My experience of working with Martina during this stressful time has been absolutely amazing. Her persistence, tenacity professionalism and humanistic approach when dealing with clients is a true asset to Fern Wright agency. The services provided were outstanding at all times.

YellGreat Service, Friendly Team & Professional too. Highly recommended.
I didn't believe before it all started that moving was such a stressful experience, but found out it was true. Thanks to Fenn Wright we were able to secure our new home and, despite the trials and tribulations, along the way, remain communicative and professional throughout.Jenny had been at the start of the process and we know she had the vendors interests at heart with advice and making sure we were serious about the purchase. Then Sales Progression by Tracy was truly amazing, What a lovely, friendly person to take things forward. Tracy was not only supportive but helpful and communicative - which is invaluable and helps the nerves! When the call came through that we had Exchanged Contracts, there was a cheer from us both! We highly recommend Fenn Wright for house buying and although we do not intend to move again, we would use them if we ever choose to sell up! Thank you all at Fenn Wrights for being a fantastic Team and getting us into our ideal home.

Excellent service from start to finish. Fenn Wright have supported us with efficiency and professionalism throughout a not uncomplicated sales process. Despite issues not of their making, they have provided efficient, regular and positive assistance which has been greatly appreciated. Recommend.
