From the moment I was introduced to Fenn Wright when purchasing my property and again when I sold it the entire team were polite, punctual and always willing to help. My sale was a tricky one with a long chain and had it not been for Graham and Gemma pulling out al the stops the deal would’ve fallen through. I am glad I went with the professional team and didn’t Choose a young inexperienced company to handle such a complex sale. Thank you

I only dealt with Kirsty, but she was on the ball. Very efficient and friendly.I was not a direct client but she couldn’t have been more helpful. If selling I would use Fen Wright. Completion was a bit complicated but she kept me informed every step of the way.

YellShocking property management service
I agreed a rental through Manningtree branch (excellent service) but the management is via Colchester Maintenance. Whenever I report something on their system it cannot be found, then I have to chase, and chase, and finally had to go directly to the Landlord. Then agreed to remail a contact directly instead of using their system, and still my emails cannot be found. I have rented for many years and never had such terrible unorganised and unefficient service.

From the initial valuation stage to completion we were always kept informed and due to the persistence of Martina dealing with a very difficult conveyor for the buyer we finally got there. Fenn Wright in Colchester offered me excellent service when recently selling my property. The whole sales team are professional, friendly and always respond to phone calls and emails immediately. Special thanks to Graham Buxton for his advice and support throughout and to Gemma Ealden! Gemma is very thorough, professional, friendly and patient. She made sure any obstacles she will deal with straight on. I never felt pushed by her to make a decision that I did not feel comfortable with. You could see she actually cared about her clients (not just to sign you up as a sale using market data which if you take a closer look it’s actually irrelevant)!I would highly recommend using Fenn Wright, they go beyond expectations and they provide professional service.

I can't recommend Fenn Wright enough. Kirsty King from start to finish has been great. Friendly, approachable and great at communicating. She has kept me updated regularly with what's going on. Being a first time buyer I wasn't sure on the process or how most things worked and she explained it and no question was ever a silly question. Thank you so much again.
