We were delighted with the advice, support and help we were given by the Colchester High Street branch of Fenn Wright when selling our property. We invited several agents to come for the initial valuation and chose Fenn Wright because of their enthusiasm and level of activity in the area.Their after sales support was excellent and we must mention Kevin Radford who went beyond expectations to check on progress within the chain on a frequent basis. His regular updates with our buyers gave us the reassurance and confidence that matters were being dealt with and we would meet our completion target date. In spite of significant pressures due to Covid and Stamp Duty changes, Kevin always kept us informed, kept to promises for return calls and was totally professional.

Fantastic, friendly, and helpful

As first time buyers, Fenn Wright have made the buying process extremely easy and fast. There was a lot of backwards and forwards for various reasons (mainly due to us being first time buyers and confused!) but Claudia and Tracey took it all in their stride and dealt with it in an extremely fast, efficient, and professional way. We managed to get the keys just over 9 weeks after our initial viewing and I have no doubts that this was mostly down to the team at Fenn Wright. They are extremely responsive (I don’t think I was ever unable to reach someone on the phone, and emails were always replied to very promptly), very friendly, and never seemed to get frustrated by our lack of knowledge with buying a house.I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

I have recently exchanged on my house purchased through Fenn Wright in Sudbury. I’ve been dealing with Tracy & Claudia and both ladies have been professional and super efficient through the lengthy process. My first house fell through so the girls must feel they know me now after lots of correspondence over the months..! I possibly drove them nuts but I never felt this from them.. They replied to all my emails or phoned me back promptly if they were not available. I have had absolutely no issues with the company or the staff. It honestly can't be overstated how brilliant everyone at Fenn Wright has been. In the early stages when our flat was on the market, we could call and literally speak to anyone and they were always friendly and patient, (with particular thanks to Kris!) and always had up to date information about our sale. The process of our sale/purchase was not straightforward to say the least, and honestly can't imagine how we would have have survived with our sanity if it wasn't for Kelsey. She always kept me up to date and throughout the process, she was the one person I could properly rely on to get things done and keep everything moving. I am also a nervous nelly and let's face it, buying a house is stressful - but Kelsey could always make me laugh and keep my nerves in check. She was so reassuring and kind and I absolutely trusted that she would see us over the finish line. If you're looking for an estate agent, do yourself a favour and don't consider anyone else.

Absolutely brilliant service. Our sale was not the most straightforward, let alone with the added challenges of the virus. I did not have to follow up or prompt anyone to do anything, it was so efficient. They conducted all the viewings for us and provided feedback immediately each time.
