GoogleI had to keep chasing to confirm a viewing, once viewed; communication wasn't kept again. I had to rechase to be told they have given the property to someone else. Not a great experience to be honest.

GoogleAs a first time home seller I really didn't know what to expect going into the process but the best decision I made in the process of moving homes was switching agents to sell through FennWright Colchester. Would highly recommend the residential sales team to anyone considering going on the market or struggling to find a buyer. They all made me feel valued as a customer after a very poor experience elsewhere. The team took proper ownership of my sale & we had a buyer sorted within 3 weeks after being on the market for months with another agent. We obtained the correct market price for the property and constructive advice was provided to help secure a sale. The suitability and quality of viewings noticeably improved. Despite the busy period during the stamp duty holiday I never felt that anyone in the team was in a rush to get off the phone or didn't have time for my queries or concerns. Even the small things for example emails to confirm booked viewing appointments and who was showing the prospective buyers round were appreciated and from experience, not all agents offer / can be bothered with this! Prospective buyers were shown around by experienced estate agents that had good local knowledge for almost all appointments & they turned up early. Thanks to Paul & Kris for offering some really good advice, support and reassurance at the start. Martina was a pleasure to work with booking viewings. Calm patient and didn't mess me about changing times and trying to put viewings too close together so that the sales agents would inevitably not be able to arrive early enough for viewings. This all made this a positive experience which was a very welcome change as this was an area my previous "estate agents" really fell short. Kirsty handled the after sale process fantastically & did a great job keeping me informed with regular updates and pushing things along, really helping to make those last few weeks before completion as stress free as possible. Strongly recommend FennWright Colchester for anyone looking to buy or sell property in the area.

GoogleI've had such a horrible time with other agents when looking for a property due to an unexpected CCJ, other agents have point blank refused to let me see properties because of it. Fenn Wright didn't make me feel any different to any other applicant. When I told them of the issue, they simply told me not to worry and they will help me find a property. Nathaniel and Roseann have pushed this one through for us and we grab the keys on Monday. Great service from these guys.

Despite a difficult chain, the team managed to make our purchase experience a very positive one. A special thanks to Tracy for all her support and laser focus to ensure the whole chain kept moving right up until the very end. Very much appreciated.

The service I've received from these guys knocks online estate agents into a cocked hat. That's from the personal touch when I knew I had to sell a beloved house through circumstances beyond my control until the way that our chain was finally brought submssive to the exchange finishing line by the extraordinary Tracy. Avoid like plague, these crooks are modern days racketeers. While a tenant I requested a few works like a faulty heater and door handles for them to call me back literally months later to say they’re sorry their maintenance man let them down and they forgot about the issue.Later I’ve lost my job and we had no move out, when telling them about it they first tried to make me pay an astonishing amount of money for an early release. We negociated that and agreed I would pay £1000 fine only to be released from the contract and they assured me no further payments will be requested from us. When we moved out we have cleaned the flat throughout and made sure it’s left spotless.Now they are harassing us and keep requesting further payments from us because apparently the have don another cleaning of the flat. THEY ARE THREATENING TO DESTROY OUR CREDIT SCORE IF WE DON’T PAY THEM THE MONEY THEY WANT.JUST STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

What kind of racketeering is that?I feel utterly disgusted by Fenn Wright’s behavior and practices.JUST STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

after losing one buyer and going through covid it was so reassuring to have Amy supporting us through and soon matching another buyer. the process was stressful but Amy was constantly hurrying everything along and liaising with solicitors, estate agents and all along the chain. We were most impressed and thankful for all the help.

We cannot recommend Fenn Wright more highly. We sold a property with the company and from the initial valuation visit with Paul Coward the service has been immaculate. Paul was professional, honest and empathetic given this was my late Mother’s property. Viewings were well managed and once the property was sold ( within a week) the process was straightforward and well organised. Our experience with each Team member was positive. Martina was most helpful. Kirsty was most professional and contacted us every week as the sale progressed. She was proactive and she too was understanding and empathetic becoming a welcome point of contact and arranging details outside her remit. Kevin covered Kirsty when she was on leave latterly and kept us updated in a meticulous manner. We feel we made an excellent choice in selecting Fenn Wright and would have no hesitation in recommending the company.
