GoogleWe purchased through Fenn Wright and originally dealt with Jason Sewell. He was so helpful and professional. Our purchase drag on a long time thanks to useless solicitors and Jason always rang to chase up and keep us informed as to what was going on. He even dropped off post for us. Shannon also should be mentioned. If I ever think about moving again, I would definitely use Fenn Wright.

GoogleI reached out to Fenn Wright as I had never sold a property before Callum came to my property and explained every detail of the process from start all the way until completion, he was extremely polite and professional - he filled me with confidence that the house was in good hands. Once the house went on the market Fenn Wright called me whenever someone wanted to view and arranged viewings with no fuss or hassle. The gentleman (I forget his name) always came well ahead of viewings so that he could prepare, the viewings happened during COVID-19, he ensured that he always wore a facemask and gloves, whilst minimising contact with anything within the house - he also ensured that people viewing the property also abided by these rules. Within a matter of weeks we had accepted an offer on our property - this was excellent and clearly demonstrated the professionalism and demand from their large client base. Throughout the "solicitor" process of the house sale, Shannon, was unbelievably helpful in resolving any issues that we had and did everything in her power to ensure that the house when from being sold to complete - My family and I are in our new property with little to no fuss! Overall the experience with Fenn Wright was 10 stars, I can only give 5 but if I could give 10 I would! For anyone who's looking to sell their house or are looking to buy a property I would highly recommend Fenn Wright for their professionalism, kindness, willingness, punctuality and more positive traits!

What an amazing service we got Kirsty went up and beyond to help with us purchasing our property and helped with issues with our sale even though it wasn’t through Fenn Wright. Will definitely be calling for Kirsty when we decide to move again.

Fenn Wright have been dealing with our purchase and have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Claudia was the person who showed us round on our first viewing and ever since that day has been a real help to us during the purchase. As first time buyers we had many questions during the process and she was always happy to answer and help us in anyway possible. We cannot thank her enough! We would recommend Fenn Wright to anyone.

We were purchasers and treated so well. Kirsty was absolutely amazing. We had numerous issues with our sale, so not Fenn Wright’s problem, but she went above and beyond to help get things moving properly. Nothing was too much trouble, and in the end her grasp on the entire transaction was the only thing that kept me sane! Professional, kind and knowledgeable, the whole team at Fenn Wright were lovely. But special mention to Kirsty who literally saved my sanity over the final weeks!

Tony from the Manningtree Office visited ourhome yesterday to give my wife and I some idea of a selling price. What a great guy extremely helpful polite and pleasant with it and very professional in his approach to the task. We both thought he provided an excellent service. Getting a viewing, making an offer and getting it accepted were quick and straight-forward. We were delighted, to say the very least! At this point Kirsty, a progressor, took over and what a brilliant job she did in really difficult and frustrating circumstances. There were problems down the chain which were out of her control, but at all times, she went out of her way, to be fully apprised of what was going on, to push for things to happen, and to kept us fully informed too. Nothing was too much trouble for her and we really appreciated her amazing support. We would have no hesitation in recommending Fenn Wright to anyone who is thinking of moving house.

We have just moved into our new house and we have been very pleased with the service from Fenn Wright throughout what was a very long and complex process - through no fault of their own. They were brilliant at keeping in touch and, indeed, really pushed things along when the solicitors stalled. We might not even have got here had they not been so proactive. YellBest Estate Agent In Witham!!!
If you want a professional estate agent who are extremely knowledgeable and professional then choose Fenn Wright. The people dealing with our sale: Matt, David & Amy were amazing. Unfortunately our experience started with a rival firm (rhymes with art and is situated next door) was terrible!!! If your sale is complex and requires skill and you don't want to experience the stress and anguish caused by incompetent people then Fenn Wright is your answer.
