From the initial valuation to completion we were always kept informed and it was down to the persistence of Martina that we got there in the end. All this was done in a polite and friendly manner. Fenn Wright in Chelmsford secured an offer within weeks of listing our property at a difficult time of year where other agents had failed without dropping the price. Alison always kept us informed and was tenacious with chasing down paperwork and finalising agreements.

All the agents are kind and friendly, but we have been particularly grateful to Callum Jacobs, and his assistant Shannon, for their persistence in what has been a long and difficult move. GoogleFenn Wright went out of their way in difficult circumstances. I did not think Estate agents did a lot before I went through this sale, but they were instrumental in getting the sale over the line. I was going to go with an "online" agent with an upfront payment as it was cheaper - but I am relieved that I didn't now as I am sure I would not have got the level of service and perseverance received I from Fenn Wright.

GoogleFenn Wright Manningtree have dealt with the sale of our property which i'm sure for them has not been one of the most straight forward sales and has dragged on for several months. At every point the whole team at the Manningtree office have provided an A* service. We are pleased we appointed Fenn Wright and will definitely use them again in the future.
