Kirsty at Fenn Wright has been so helpful with our current house move and has always kept us up to date with progress. She is so conscientious and we always felt safe in the knowledge that she was on our side and doing everything she could to secure our move. I would recommend Fenn Wright to anyone looking for an Estate Agent to put their house on the market with.

At one point I was so stressed with getting an exchange on the property we were buying through Fenn Wrights that I was at the point of pulling out. Laura handled the whole situation very professionally, and helped all she could to get the exchange to go through, which it did in the end much to my relief. The team at Fenn Wright, Sudbury were supportive and informative throughout the whole sale and purchase process, particularly Tracy, Jenny and Claudia.They were always very professional and showed empathy when needed (a couple of sales fell through before we finally secured our buyer and completed, 9 months after accepting the original offer).When we experienced extreme difficulties caused by the vendors and their estate agents, the purchase end, Tracy went above and beyond to make contact, chase for long outstanding information and to encourage the estate agents to do their job and make contact with their clients, as they seemed reluctant to do so. Without Tracy’s help, I believe the sale and purchase would have fallen through.I would absolutely recommend Fenn Wright, and will definitely use them again should I decide to sell my house in the future.

I can not speak highly enough of Laura Smith the Sales Progressor and the team at Fenn Wright.Laura has gone above and beyond in her support of us during the sale of our home, which due to circumstances out of our control took nearly a year to completion, with our losing one property but as a result, finding a better one for our needs, and not benefitting from any stamp duty relief we had hoped for through a quick sale. Laura dealt professionally with ourselves, our buyers and both sets of solicitors, always proactive in trying to find a solution. She has been a constant light in the most stressful moments, an uplifting presence, someone who was continually patient and always prepared to listen. Nothing was too much trouble for her and it is thanks to her effort and support that I am still sane at the end of this difficult journey. I cannot thank her enough.

I TAKE IT ALL BACK! There are some good Estate agents. Fenn Wright have been very sportive, from the valuation of my property with swift replies to calls or emails with advice when needed. Good contact with Estate agents and solicitors on sales and purchase.. All the staff I dealt with were very polite and extremely pleasant.

When your moving house these days who really calls you back and does what they say...Well after owning over 25 houses many transactions I have found the answer. Buy via Fenn Wright and ask for Laura Smith to be your sales progress chaser, she does what the others don't do , chases vendors , soliciters and keeps you up to speed , never have I found someone so positive, professional, and she will take weeks of the time of completion. So yes Laura if you ever get time to read this thank you so much , you are without doubt a great value to your team and the company. Thank you so much.

My sister and I, can highly recommend Fenn Wright Ipswich.Natasha was so efficient and effective in handling the sale of our parents property. Everything was managed so professionally.The house and garden was exquisitely photographed and Natasha was always complimentary,warm and kind.She showed great empathy,respect and understanding of the sad loss of our dear mother this year. The house sold within minutes of being placed on the market for a little more than the asking price and the sale was completed in just 3 months!Sal The fees were very reasonable too. I sold a student rental property via Fenn Wright. I was in the middle of renovation, and was going to postpone speaking to Paul, their Valuer until I had finished. Fate intervened, and we ended up arranging for him to visit for a quick chat. He gave me a value I was more than happy with (higher than expected) , and within 30 minutes I had a viewing, despite the house very much in the middle of renovation. The Buyer was interested, and Paul ensured the value we were indicated was the price offered, even though the buyer wanted to try their luck on a reduced offer. Overall, I was extremely impressed.I had issues with my solicitor doing nothing for 5 weeks, and after complaining to Fenn Wright who recommended them, the matter was dealt personally by Kirsty. She was amazing at putting pressure on the solicitor, chasing the buyer, and generally keeping me informed with a weekly update. I feel she was absolutely crucial to this transaction.I would highly recommend Fenn Wright.

After being told that all parties were in line and ready to go we were looking forward to moving to our dream property, as we believed the chain to be in place.Four and a half months later and subsequently finding that, far from being ready to go; solicitors had not been appointed and mortgages had not been approved; the dream had slowly turned into a nightmare.No sale, no purchase, no chain, no move and no faith in Fenn Wright.The tired cliche of “promising a lot, but delivering little” seems fitting for this agency.We, therefore, consider that we were misled from the beginning.If you are considering using Fenn Wright; my advice would be: think very carefully.There are plenty of other agencies in the area.

GoogleFenn Wright are brilliant and David has a fantastic team here. Luke is an outstanding estate agent; he's professional, polite, and extremely responsive. He actively sought out a buyer and got the deal done, he's 'active' rather than 'reactive' (which is exactly what you want with an estate agent); he doesn't come across as the salesy type either, he's a good listener and doesn't hurry you off the phone like other agents can do. He's a great asset to Fenn Wright and we hope he gets recognised for it. We also thought Matt was also brilliant throughout this process, between the 2 of them we feel they smashed it.
