All the people I have dealt with at Fenn Wright have been friendly, helpful and professional through what has been a stressful and difficult time. There were problems at both end of the chain but they continued to work hard to get matters sorted. Thoroughly recommend using them to sell your property.

I have had the pleasure of meeting most of the sales team at Fenn Wright Sudbury branch. All the staff are friendly, professional and extremely helpful. My husband and I have just purchased a property and also sold our own through the branch. I have to say that our experience dealing with some other property agents in the area has not been as pleasant. In a very competitive housing market customer service is key and this branch have gone over and above to ensure the transaction went smoothly. Thank you for your perseverance and kindness. I wouldn’t recommend Fenn Wright for sales letting. I previously had 20 years plus of dealing with them with no issues, but in the past 6 months I feel the service offered has gone down hill considerably!I had 3 properties with them but had major issues with them and their contractors on a new tenancy where I was told their cleaners had been in but on visiting the property, I found they hadn’t, I informed the agent who arranged for the cleaners to go back but the quality of cleaning was still very poor. I found out myself as there was no inspection from Fenn Wright to assure this had been done. I was even told that the cleaners had been in to clean, when in actual fact they had not.As I was disappointed with their service, I moved the portfolio to a more reliable agent. Fenn Wright were to hand over the keys to our new agent but Fenn Wright had lost keys to two of our properties. They were instructed to appoint a contractor to rectify the issue but failed to instruct him properly, resulting in yet another failed attempt at resolving issues, which they had caused.In my opinion the service I received was unprofessional, lack of communication between staff and I felt staff were undertrained or lacked experience in dealing with managing my portfolio and that some staff would benefit from supervision.I will not be using Fenn Wright in the future!

YellBest estate agents in Sudbury by far!
I honestly cannot praise the team at Sudbury fenn wrights enough for the way that they have dealt with the sale of our house from our very first meeting with them to the point of the sale going through. At each point they have been responsive to calls/emails, professional, honest and up front. Each member of the team knows their job well, and communication was excellent and seamless even when people were off on leave. Special mentions have to go to Jenny, Tracy and Claudia who are quite literally worth their weight in gold! We would never use another estate agent!
