We've encountered numerous problems with ID and verification due to issues on our end but he has been so patient and helpful and has gone above and beyond to allow us time to get what we need. Primarily dealt with Scott and Angie who were always helpful and answered my queries promptly. GoogleFirst class service from Fenn Wright from the initial valuation right through to completion. Was very impressed with both Scott and Cameron and it made the whole sale process easy. Scott spend almost an hour with me on the valuation going through how everything worked and what we should market the property at and he was spot on. It actually achieved just over his valuation and i was very please with the figure we got. (Another estate agent on the same street valued the property at £20k-£30k lower - which i could not quite believe). They were always available over the phone or through email, with very quick responses and always very helpful. Overall i highly recommend using Fenn Wright if youre looking to sell your property. For me, they have put abit more faith in my perception of estate agents.

This is my second experience of using Fenn Wright and I honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough! Scott, Cameron and Angie are always so helpful, always one step ahead with great communication. Moving house can be extremely daunting and our move was unfortunately met with many hurdles but Scott worked tirelessly to make sure the end result was successful. The relationship we have built with Scott in the time we have been going through this process has really meant a lot to us. He has taken great personal care, is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and has really gone above and beyond. Thank you all for you time, care and patience.

Googleat the end of a long process having listed our property just before the pandemic with another estate agent - we moved to Fenn Wright because of the positive attitude of Jack Gundry when he moved to this company. Together with Jack the team led by Scott have been excellent and supportive throughout the sales process and unlike previous companies the staff at Fenn Wright have always been there when needed or their back up support has been available to respond. We would highly recommend this company.

They were always on hand to deal with my many, many questions and I never felt like I was being a nuisance to them. The sales brochure looked amazing and they found me the perfect buyer for my property. I would not hesitate to recommend the team here, and have already done so to a couple of friends. GoogleFenn Wright we’re absolutely fantastic. Even though I did not sell with them they were the agents I purchased through. From the moment of speaking to Cameron, right through to the end he has been professional and very good at keeping me updated. Scott did an excellent job and during the whole stressful process he went above and beyond in contacting solicitors etc up and down the chain. He kept me updated at all times and I knew more from him then I did from my own estate agents that I was selling through. Truly a fantastic service from both Cameron and Scott. GoogleThe service we received from the whole team at Fenn Wright was excellent with special thanks to Jack and Cameron who guided us through the sale process from the start to a successful completion. The sales brochure was very well produced and the way the multitude of viewings were managed during the pandemic was very professional and took all the pressure of us. We never had any difficulty in contacting someone in the team and they were always friendly and very helpful, so I certainly have no problem in recommending the agency.

YellWouldn't go anywhere else
I was with another estate agent originally but changed due to poor service and I'm so pleased I did. All staff I spoke to were excellent and the process was seamless. At one point, the sale was falling through but Laura was able to get it back on track which I'm very grateful for. Thanks to all for their efforts with this - money very well spent.

Everyone we dealt with at Fenn Wright were extremely professional the sales process was great and Kelsey on the sales progression team was fantastic!
