All the people that we dealt with at Fennwright, Witham, were most helpful during our purchase process. Any queries or requested information, were swiftly addressed and both the Witham office and the group liaison team at Colchester, kept in touch regularly.Would certainly recommend Fennwright to others on the basis of their dedication and professionalism. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

YellAn extremely good experience of selling and buying property.
Each member of staff I came into contact with at Fenn Wright, right from the beginning, was extremely helpful, willing to listen and resolved my queries in the shortest time possible. All staff members were very polite and made me feel as if I were the only client they were dealing with. Everyone was very efficient and kept me informed of progress. The sale of my house and purchase of another property went through very well. I would have no hesitation in recommending Fenn Wright to friends and family alike.

My son was buying his first property in the Sudbury area. The first time we had interactions with Steve at Fenn Wright I knew we were in good hands. He kept us informed every step of the way and helped push through the usual admin issues you face when buying property these days! He made the whole experience as smooth as possible which we really appreciated as this was my sons first step into the property market and it should be special for anyone in a similar position, thanks Steve & the Fenn Wright team

Fenn Wright were amazing from the moment our house was valued. Ollie took the time with us explaining the process and dealing with the paperwork and represented our house beautifully. Fenn Wright were in contact regularly when it come to booking visits or accepting figures. We thank you all involved but mostly our thanks and gratitude goes to Tracy. In the final weeks of our sale - Tracy was supportive with complications and fighting our corner and importantly a great person to rant to when we were feeling rather stressed and under pressure. Tracy's knowledge was reassuring throughout a complex sale! We can't thank Tracy enough for saving our sanity! Thank you once again!

It was our first time purchasing a property and Fenn Wright was an absolute dream to work with. The whole team were always friendly, polite and approachable. They were always happy to answer any questions we had, whether it was phone calls or emails, you would always receive a swift response. Kirsty King in particular, who oversaw the process once the offer had been accepted was exceptional, and looking back at our recent experience I'm so grateful she was there supporting us and working extremely hard - day and night sometimes! We exchanged within 12 weeks and I'm sure this is due to Kirsty's meticulous hard work.

They kept me well informed all the way through and they always had an encouraging manner even when things were tricky. Laura in particular was amazing, chasing up solicitors, lenders, brokers, etc. Would definitely recommend to others

GoogleWe first had a really positive experience with Fenn Wright in Witham as a buyer when we moved out of London 4 years ago. When we went on the market it was a easy decision to use Fenn Wright. David, Matt, Amy and Luke were fantastic throughout, we had a very difficult purchase which took nearly a year to complete. Their patience, professionalism, advices and communication were second to none and consistent across the whole process from instruction, securing our buyers and managing their expectations in a very drawn out chain.They mitigated a very stressful situation wherever possible and I just wish all other agencies were as competent and reliable as Fenn Wright Witham. Even post sale the service is consistent, we left some items at our old address and Matt kindly went and collected these on our behalf, just one example of many where they go above and beyond.
