We have just completed on a purchase with Fenn Wright, the whole process was extremely smooth from start to finish. They were always extremely accommodating with additional visits to the house etc, and Kirsty and the sales progression team kept us up to date on a weekly basis from the day our offer was accepted. GoogleWe initially thought that the fees were quite high but the team certainly earned it especially Luke Harding who did an awful lot of hard chasing for weeks. Also thanks to Matt and the rest of the team. They always came back with updates, which were challenging at times. YellRetirement Apartment Purchase.
I purchased a retirement apartment through Fenn Wright. Through all stages of the process, first viewing to completion, everyone I spoke to was very professional and helpful but more importantly to me, friendly at the same time.Once my offer had be accepted I was kept up to date by a sales progressor. Even at times when no actual progress had been made they still phoned to explain why.Any questions I asked were quickly answered. Thank you for helping me through the process.

GoogleNot to be trusted - After a week they only carried out 3 viewings and produced one offer. Property was completely renovated and should have been inundated with offers. Later found out they were turning leads away not even offering them opportunities to view.

GoogleMoving is stressful, but it has been so much less stressful with the team at Fenn Wright. In particular Jack and Cameron (Chelmsford) who made the sale and Hannah P our sale progressor (Stanway) who has got me through all the queries from the buyers/solicitor's. Hannah has always been the kind patient person at the end of the phone/email and I cant thank her enough!

The transaction was handled very professionally from first viewing through to completion with great communication across the many parties involved. GoogleScott and the rest of the team were excellent. Worked hard, took time to provide support, the sale wasn't easy, we had a couple of sales fall through, but Fenn Wright stuck at it. Definitely recommended, especially if your property is unusual.

The service I have received from Fennwright has been absolutely brilliant. From the start, they have been really supportive and the communication has been fantastic. They made the process so much easier despite all the hurdles that came up with buying and selling. I haven’t had a single issue with any member of staff that has been involved with my sale. Kirsty called me every single week and gave me an update. Sometimes she was the only one who would actually update me with what was going on due to solicitors not being overly great with communication. Towards the end when we were waiting to exchange, she worked really hard trying to push everything through for me and kept in contact every step of the way. She was great. I highly recommend Fennwright if you are thinking of selling your property. They provided a fantastic service and I will definitely be selling with them again in the future.

Amazing support throughout the whole process, with special mention to Kirsty King. Who continuously chased to ensure progress was being made, and ensured to keep me informed throughout. It gave me great peace of mind to know that Kirsty was supporting me throughout in chasing this through. Everyone needs a Kirsty when moving!!
