GoogleThe service Regan provided was fantastic; we had a leak in our property and when the contractor couldn’t get out quick enough Regan contacted multiple companies until one could which resulted in a speedy resolution. Thank you for all your help!

GoogleMy partner & I rented a property through Fenn Wright for 1 year and all I can say is never again! In the winter the property had serious damp and mould issues in which we contacted Fenn Wright to try and sort out. We had to chase them 8 times to finally get any sort of response. It seems if you have any issues they try at all costs to IGNORE YOU! We are so glad we no longer rent through Fenn Wright

GoogleReally pleased I moved to Fenn Wright from my previous estate agent. Everyone I spoke to across the whole process (and this was a tricky sale) was brilliant. From now on, i'll be trusting Fenn Wright with all future selling and renting needs and wouldn't hesistate in recommending them. GoogleWhether I’m dealing with Marie-Kate, Matthew or Nathaniel the service from Fenn-Wright Lettings has been absolutely first class. I began my journey with them, anticipating some help in finding a new tenant for a flat I own. It has ended up with me asking them to manage it going forward. Wanted to view a property they have listed. The girl on the phone very unprofessional and telephone manner shocking.Wanted to view the property to make sure it's suitable for my family needs. I'm integrated on the phone. I'm not going to do a 140 mile round trip to waste my time. Won't be using this company. Wish I had seen the reviews prior to calling them. Would have saved my time.

Ipswich team the worst After viewing a property / signing contract , ready to move in I’ve been phoned to be told the flat is gone and the reason is due to agents misunderstanding ( other agent rent the flat to someone else already ) . After the phone call ends I receive an email from them saying the tenancy application offer has been cancelled subject to contract and references …On top of that I’ve already contacted them several times to refund the holding deposit with no answer .. just stay away from this unprofessional “agents “ . Waste of time and headache

GoogleI've been working around the world for quite a while now and I have never seen such as COMMERCIAL AGENT of this agency. If you call won't answer or refuses several calls Pop in 3 times, he/she is not in... The front desk person got my info twice and I didn't receive any call. What a service guys...

GoogleA wonderful reassuring experience. Communication was excellent, especially from Sinead Roche who kept in contact, replied to emails and followed up phone calls accordingly. Sinead went over and above her role in my opinion, being authentic and extremely understanding of my circumstances.
