GoogleVery good communication. Our buying process went smooth thanks to communication from the agent, his name is Luke. He made sure the solicitors from both parts were up to date even though they failed to communicate among them. He was always in touch and updated us on every step of the process.

GoogleWhat an amazing experience and service I had from Kelsey at Fenn Wright based in Colchester! She went over and beyond to make me feel at ease, so easily accessible via email and telephone and didn’t hesitate to make sure her communication was always on point to make me feel reassured I was looped in on the full journey of my new purchase! Kelsey is extremely friendly , approachable, friendly and is able to work to ultra tight deadlines and certainly delivered for me and my partner with an impeccable service. I’d highly recommend to have Kelsey supporting you with your sale and making what is normally a very stressful experience , actually smooth and a very easy transaction. GoogleWe have just had a valuation from Fenn Wright, Sudbury. Mr Neil Sell, was very professional, he clearly had complete knowledge of our area & the current market situation. He was also very knowledgeable on where all the schools/doctors are etc in relation to our property. Mr Sell was extremely through, he didn’t rush anything, he fully explained how Fenn Wright services work & how our sale would be dealt with from start to finish. We were both very impressed, a very polite chap, who clearly has a great all round knowledge. We will definitely be using Fenn Wright when we decide to move forwards.

GoogleAppalling lack of communication from the lettings team. We were unable to move into a property due to my Ill Health of which we made them aware. We are still being asked to sign inventory documents which have no relevance to us, the left and the right hand clearly don’t communicate
