GoogleExcellent. Experienced and it shows. The team led by Tony know the market well and pricing within the local areas and importantly the team pitch prices at the right estimate in our view. Great communicators. Great at bringing in potential buyers and then following up with them and us as sellers. So much better than the local agent frankly who seem to consistently pitch the prices too high. You also mention key pieces in your details which are critical e.g. pubs, restaurants, schools, train stations etc. Total respect to you Tony and thank you for making this whole sale stress free and win-win for all concerned. I would thoroughly recommend you as agents to family and friends.

GoogleI had a really good experience recently selling my flat through Fenn Wrights at Manningtree. Ryan initially viewed the property and gave me confidence as he really knew the flats well and therefore gave me a realistic price. there was good communication throughout from Carla and others at the Mannigtree branch and they even helped me reassuring me and putting me in touch with a mortgage advisor when my mortgage with Santander fell through. GoogleVery helpful. They understand that sellers need advice BEFORE they sell, in preparation to make an informed decision. I have experience of the Manningtree office. Tony came out to my property and was pleasant, professional, efficient and not pushy. I've been in touch with him since his visit, for further advice. He's been nothing but helpful and I'd return to him if I decided to hit the button on a move.

I’m happy to highly recommend Fenn Wright to anyone considering selling their house. I recently had to sell my late fathers house. Their Sales team were friendly, informative and fair, the quotes I received from buyers were far above expectation. Once we accepted an offer the ongoing customer service was exceptional. I was contacted every week until completion by Kirsty to let me know what was happening and what I needed to do next. I was kept well informed until competition. This was a difficult time for me and it was made better by the smooth running and professionalism from start to finish of the whole process.I wouldn’t hesitate to use Fenn Wright again.

I cannot fault Fenn Wright, from start to finish everyone I dealt with was professional, helpful, efficient, and really kind.Kirsty introduced herself as part of the sales progression team, and from day one she was amazing. I was kept up to date throughout the whole process, she took extra time to explain things to me as a first time buyer, and I really felt she made the effort to personalise the whole process. She was a brilliant liaison between myself the vendor and both sets of solicitors and I can’t imagine how stressful the process would have been without her! Thank you so much Kirsty, and Fenn Wright.

Absolutely horrific experience with Fenn Wright Colchester!! We moved into a property a month ago, after pointing out some issues before the tenancy agreement was signed and promised it would be sorted before we moved in, we got the keys and were very excited to move into our home, well the professional cleaning was not so professional, the place was disgusting! Literally old food running down the side of the cooker, hob was dirty, filthy cupboards, floors and bathrooms. Then we had the pleasure of sewerage floating around our garden. A month into our agreement, we still have clothing and stuff that the landlord has apparently left in the house, we have no access to the garage where the boiler is kept, so hot water is not guaranteed! The emergency contact for the after hours contractors don’t get answered, and when the one of two did call back 3 hours later, after many attempts snd messages, we were told he couldn’t do the job, but even if he could not having hot water is not deemed as urgent! I have sent countless emails to get stuff sorted and I don’t even get a response! unless I become demanding! We have metal frames and cement blocks lying in the driveway, a huge safety issue!! The garden has rubbish lying everywhere and also a storage facility for whatever the owner didn’t feel like taking with when they moved. Furthermore two garage doors blocking our living room door! Some windows don’t have handles to open. Eventually we get some contractors coming to quote on what needs to be done, but the landlord won’t accept the quotes and insists his brother needs to come and look at the issues! Well the so called brother is on holiday for a week and we have to wait for his return! In the meantime we are living with other peoples clothing and suitcases and whatever else is being stored in our bedroom! The garden sheds are full of old broken tools, sports equipment and equipment, and our stuff is lying getting damaged on the lawn outside, as we have no space to pack it, all this whilst Fenn Wright couldn’t be bothered to assist or sort anything out! There should definitely be an option for minus stars, as what should have been an exciting time, has turned into a nightmare! Absolute disgusting service from all at Fenn Wright! A full inventory with many of the issues listed had been sent before us moving in, however it probably has not even been read nor acknowledged by Fenn Wright , I have never experienced such un professionalism! But I guess they get their money, so they don’t really care!

Excellent service from Fenn Wright, from Graham's first visit to value our house to completion. Communication between the staff and customer is very good and I was kept informed all the way throughout the sale. The 'sales progression' team were excellent and helped a great deal throughout a tricky period just before exchange of contracts.As soon as our house went on the market, we were sent lots of prospective viewers and sold very quickly, but I was mainly impressed with the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend and use again.

GoogleHi went to see a house on Wednesday and after the viewing I called immediately saying that I wanted to rent the house. By that time no one else was interested and and agent took my details and told me that I will have news that same day. It never happened. I send an email on Thursday morning that until today has not been answered and I told The agent on Wednesday I needed to know before Friday if I was going to rent the house or not. I called yesterday because the house appears as rented and no one answered the phone. According to what they told me the day of the viewing no one else had called to rent the house and I was the first so I assumed that “first called, first served” but it didn’t. Leila never got in touch with me and they couldn’t be bother to answer the phone. I had really good references of this letting agency but not anymoreNegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

Zero stars for us. We have had bad experience with the Ipswich and Woodbridge branches. Agents like to play games, keep you on your toes, play with your emotions so you can pay as much as possible (we are a one income family with young children). Yet, they accept offers for developers who pay way below the asking price, make up the house and sell it a year later for over 100K in profit. Shame on you all.

She is a super star amongst estate agency staff. She was acting as sales progressor in our long chain, listening to both clients & professionals, she was able to glean a clear picture and then made a plan. Beginning in October 2021 finally exchanging contracts in mid July 2022.Kirsty is personable and polite. Never ambiguous, she says it how it is. Most of all she is TRUSTWORTHY. No sales pitch, no fingers crossed promises. Her promise was to do everything in her power to make chains succeed.She doesn’t think herself special (though she is ) but taking pride in helping people to make their home moving journey as easy as possible. I would highly recommend using Fenn Wright if you are considering buying or selling your home, I have used their services twice in the past ten years. Moving home is rarely easy and Fenn Wright provide a no hassle service, listen to your needs and give good, honest advice. They are there being supportive, especially when things don’t go as planned. A special ‘Thank you’ to David Nesmith for his professional judgement, patience, kindness & encouragement and to Kirsty King who always kept me informed at each stage of the process and for her dogged determination to support me to get my purchase/sale over the line. There were some tough moments but Kirsty was with me all the way. They were both enormously helpful to me throughout the whole process and from start to finish they made me feel as though I was their only customer, you can’t get better service than that!
