GoogleHave experienced Fenn Wright as both a buyer and a seller. The valuation given was £50K under what was achieved with another estate agent (multiple offers). As a buyer I called to book a viewing, I called twice on a Thursday and had no answer. Emailed on the Thursday and it was replied to on Friday afternoon saying they couldn't make the time I requested and could I do another time. I said the times I was free that week and I never heard from them despite chasing it up. The said house is still on the market now.

GoogleReally quick and amazing service from Mel at Fenn Wright yesterday, helping to resolve an urgent problem at my rented house. My water pipe burst under the sink and water was flooding into my kitchen. Mel and the team arranged an emergency plumber to be with me in just 25 mins. Thank you so much for your help and great communication throughout. Really appreciate it!

If it wasn’t for Nathaniel’s help and assistance this would have been a 1 star review from my experience with other employees! Nathaniel stepped in, put himself in my shoes, delivered on call backs, and literally saved the rental! He was an absolute asset to the team who could really learn a thing or two from him! It has been a.pleasure to deal with him and he taken away the bad roster left from my experience prior!!!

From Chris valuing and then marketing, and the team generally through the marketing process to Debbie who pushed and pushed to get us exchanged. The whole team were super helpful, supportive and empathetic during a very stressful time. I cannot rate them highly enough to sell your home!

Georgia and Eve from the Witham branch were absolutely unparalleled in their attention to detail, courtesy and hard-work and really should be at the absolute forefront of this business. Customer service in the UK has really taken a plunge in recent years, but it is solely as a result of Georgia and Eve's hard work that I have not given up on it yet! Give these girls a raise or some sort of holiday on the company... They were OUTSTANDING! Highly recommend to everyone and have recommended to all of my friends and family!

One of the worst valuators. I had signed up for an Octopus Commercial Bridging Finance deal and Fenn Wright commercial were sent to perform valuation. They took 8 weeks to respond to emails and communication and after persistent chasing they finally came on the 10th week, they simply dont respond at all. On they day of valuation, came a senior commercial valuator and a trainee. The senior guy did nothing but talk on phone outside and let the trainee do the job himself, he dint know how to use the tools to do the measurements.They went back and no response for about 6 weeks! then after chasing again sent a report with absolute terrible low down valuation with comparable as far away of 25 miles! In the same street there are commerical comparables which they did not put on their report, instead somewhere far of. After push back and arguments, they sent another report after 2 weeks with some decent valuation. Meanwhile my offer with Octopus had expired and had to reapply and ended up getting an investor loan and by the time I was granted bridging finance, I was almost half way through the project refub

My wife had to find an estate agent to sell her Aunt's property. As we don't live in the area it was a bit of a random choice to be honest, but from the very first phone call to Kirsty at Fenn Wright in Stanway to book a valuation, to Paul coming to the property to value and take details (the sales particulars looked amazing) right through to great advice and fabulous sales progression by Kirsty in what turned out to be a lengthy process although the property sold on day one. We couldn't have made a better choice if we’d tried. We had weekly updates from Kirsty, quite often before my solicitor updated us. We would 100% recommend Fenn Wright if you are looking for great professional service
