I am a tenant renting through Fenn Wright and a few maintenance issues have cropped up over the last few months. Jake Richardson in the property management team has been so helpful, always getting in touch super quick - quicker than i'd expect from a really big , busy lettings team and really good at communicating and keeping tenants updated. He has made the process of getting things repaired so easy , and smooth. Thank you Jake and also Roseann and Ross and the rest of the Fenn Wright team. Always very organised and super helpful.

GoogleAfter a bad experience with another agent, Phil at Fenn Wright was recommended by a friend. We were very honest and upfront with our situation but Phil was very honest and upfront with our expectations. As soon as we went live with our house sale we had realistic people over with a view to buying our house! 8 days in and we had a sale! We had our hearts set on a house we had seen for sale for sometime and Phil gave good honest guidelines. We followed his advice and the sellers accepted our offer! Absolutely amazing customer service! I absolutely can’t recommend Phil at Fenn Wright more!

Everyone we came across from the beginning of appointment for the house viewing being set up until we had our offer accepted had been lovely and so so kind (Joanne, Luke, Phil, Faye). GoogleFenn Wright have been great from the beginning to end, from my initial meeting with David to value my house and take pictures etc and especially Chloe Barry, our sales progressor! Chloe rang us regularly with updates and was happy to raise and questions we had with the people we were buying from. FW also dealt with our next purchase so they had a mountain of contact with all of us! We’ve been very happy with the process and wouldn’t hesitate to use Fenn Wright again - although hopefully not for a very long time as we have found our dream home!!
