GoogleJosie and Mani were excellent. They listened to our needs and made sure to only show us properties which they thought we would like - which was different from other estate agents we used. They were then extremely diligent from the point that our offer was accepted through to exchange of contracts and then completion, doing their bit to make things progress efficiently. Their professionalism combined with their personal warmth made it a pleasure to work with them.

GoogleJosie has now sold three properties for various clients of mine. The 1st one that she sold, she agreed it by doing a one off viewing after it had been on the market for several months with two other agents who failed to even put up an offer on the apartment. The 2nd was a large house that she agreed while she was marketing the property 'off market' and the 3rd she again agreed on the first viewing when once again it had been on the market for several months with two well know agents who failed to secure the sale. I couldn't recommend Josie highly enough.

GoogleWhat a great team! They went above and beyond to help us sell our house. Josie was especially helpful, a great salesperson, giving feedback to us that is unique to their agency, and really going the extra mile. Mani is the George Clooney of Chiswick, a wonderful manager and kind person with great charisma. We've also had some dealings with the lettings department and Oliver is a real asset to the team, shining in Chiswick's competitive rental market. Can highly recommend the agency for a service that beats all other Chiswick agents - and some good chats to boot!

The agency has a true gem, and that is Josie. She has been professional, efficient, and fun too! If you have a buying/selling projects, these guys are probably the ones you want to go with. We are now happy with our little nest :)

GoogleSelling a house that had been had our home for nearly thirty years was, inevitably, a stressful experience. The communication was excellent throughout the process of preparing, marketing and completing the sale. Matt, Charlie and colleagues consistently exceeded that which we could have reasonably expected. We were offered careful, measured advice which proved invaluable. I have no hesitation in recommending Featherstone Leigh.

GoogleMatt and his team did a fantastic job of selling our house. Another agent had got it under offer but they did nothing to push the sale through and it eventually collapsed. Within days of putting it on the market, Featherstone Leigh had it under offer at asking price. They then worked tremendously hard to get the sale through, chasing buyers and solicitors. I really couldn't recommend them highly enough. We also rented our house through them and again the service was faultless. If you're thinking of selling your house, I wouldn't consider going to any other agent. Featherstone Leigh know the market inside out, they will know what price you will get and they will push a sale through.

Matt has been a reliable and trustworthy agent. Our sale was a dream, we had about 30 people view in the first week and an agreed sale at asking price by the tenth day. Can't recommend them enough. GoogleHarry, Glynn, Olivia and the rest of the team were excellent in dealing with the sale of my flat in Fulham. They are incredibly knowledgable of the local market and did a great job in getting lots of viewings booked in due to their three local offices. Once the sale was agreed they were very hands on in making sure it ran smoothly to exchange and completion. Would highly recommend!
