GoogleI had my property on the market for 11 months with leftmove. Poor communication waste of time. I then changed to farrell and heyworth what a breath of fresh air. Chris came and valued the house and within 1 week we have an offer and it looks like a sale. Not the cheapest but worth the extra.

GoogleJohn came to photograph and value our property recently and we could not be happier so far! John explained the whole process of what he based his valuation on, showed us examples of similar properties in the area. The photographs John has taken of our home are excellent quality and give an accurate example to potential viewers. Although we are only at the very beginning of the sales journey with FH Penwortham I am delighted so far with the service we have received, the professionalism shown and the quick responses I receive from both my telephone and email queries. We have made the right choice, I'm sure!

GoogleAt first I was a bit skeptical and nervous about selling my property, but from day one I dealt with Olivia, she made me feel comfortable and confident. Olivia has been nothing short of professional and has been a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole sale. She has always been at the drop of a line to help me out and has gone above and beyond of what she has needed to. GoogleWe had some poor experience from another local estate agents and asked Farrell Hayworth to intervene. Shaun looked around our property and stated there would be no trouble selling. Being somewhat jaded we took this with some skepticism. However within two weeks we had our property under offer and at a great price. These guys do exactly what there say, straight to the point and excellent at keeping you updated on progress. Highly recommend

GoogleThe service has been brilliant. The Mortgage Advice Bureau representative Robbie Marshall provided mortgage advice and sorted out a mortgage offer for me extremely quickly and efficiently. This helped put me in a great position to make an offer on my first house which was accepted. He has guided me through the process and has provided regular updates on progress. Would definitely recommend his services!

GoogleWhilst the sale of my Father's property took a while to complete due to issues outside our control, I would like to thank Farrell Heyworth for their continued assistance and support throughout the process. The staff at the Southport Office are always very friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. I would especially like to mention how helpful Shaun, Russell and Olivia have been and am very grateful for this.
