worst estate agent, first month no heating promised to fix it took nearly 2 months to get it fixed haad to buy 2 electrice portable heater, paid rent on time, when somthing go wrong with property they dont bother to fix it wait weeks, very rude stuff please avoid this people worst estate agent never again i rent from them, now i left and kept my deposit, im taking them to court.

I will never deal with agent or take another call from them, as will put the phone down on them. Some young guy called me . 1. Asked do I want to rent 2. Do I want to sell 3. Do I know anyone who wants to rent. 4 Anyone who wants to sell. 5 Really pushy, when I said no, no , no, he put the phone down on me. 6. I will do the same! It will happen for sure when they call again. 7. A very desperate call, looking for sales!. 8. The expertise they had with one landlord and tenant in my block was AAA+ Useless. Hence the landlord took them off managing his flat.

Excellent service by Chloe Williams

We viewed a property with Chloe yesterday that me and my wife really liked. We made the offer, which Chloe put forward to the landlord and was accepted on the same day. The whole process was completed in a matter of hours. Chloe was really prompt in responding to calls and getting back to my queries. She explained the fees clearly and next steps to finalise the deal. More importantly, most of the agents are closed during the Christmas period and would re-open in 1st week of Jan. This has slowed our property search but Elliot Lee's team has helped us finalise a property during this slow period.

Reassuring

We are still on the sale process and it's way too early to say how things would come around.
