Great help throughout our over 1 and a half years of being on the market - never stoped getting viewings and knew and the processess to deal with flats that had restrictions on them. James was always avliable at anytime to help. I could not have chosen a better Estate Agents than ElliotLee to look after the advertising and selling of my fathers house in Pinner. From the first time James came to see myself and my Father about putting the the house on the market , he came across as having an understanding on my fathers personal needs. James knew how to quietly talk to my father (who is 88 years and can at times be very difficult )he put my father at ease, he spent time and gave professional advise without being pushy. Despite there being many issues through the council, Chloe and her manager Stephen were very informative and efficient in delivering an exceptional service to ensure that myself and my partner were able to move in on the day we had expected to. I would have given the whole experience a five star it wasn’t for the issues around the council criteria’s for this property. I understand that this was not Elliot Lees fault however did cause much stress for myself and my partner as the final signing of the papers were completed minutes before moving into this property, which contributed to our overall experience. However despite these issues, we are very grateful for the effort we received from Chloe and Stephen.

Couldn't be happier

When faced with selling the house I anticipated all the stress and hardship that comes with it. I have to say that this isn't how things unfolded; Brad Broch's handling of both myself and the buyer seemed to be excellent, which really made me feel comfortable.
