Case Processor: Shelley Tristram

I found the support and advise given by Shelly Tristram very useful and helpful for what was at times quite a difficult process of selling my late mothers house. Her communication skills were excellent, she was in regular contact with the buyer and his solicitors as well as mine. This open communication was really useful as at one point when I was having trouble with lost Probate papers and other issues, my buyer was threatening pulling out of the sale. Shelley kept positive communication with all parties and all issues were resolved without too much anxiety. As I was new to selling n my own I found the Case Processor service offered by ElliotLee very useful, it saved time having to contact the agents and Shelley made a point of making contact in some form almost every week. When she was off on sick leave she asked James from the Pinner branch to remain in contact with me. Because of the reasons given above I have rated ElliotLee an Excellent. . I would like to Thank all those at ElliotLee for their professionalism throughout the whole process, from initial meeting to the 2 Open Day's held at my late mothers home to the excellent service given.while negotiating the sale.

Reassuring

We are still on the sale process and it's way too early to say how things would come around. So far the guy have been great getting things in to place, James was great from the beginning as he was so patience and empathetic. Wonderful, helpful and reassuring

Elliott Lee have provided excellent service throughout the sale of my mother's house. From my first meeting at the property with Lee, I knew that everything would be taken care of for me in an efficient and professional manner with the interest of myself, as vendor, always foremost. Sale of my one bedroom flat

I just wanted to say thank you to Shelley Tristram, the Case Progressor, on the probate sale of my mother's one bedroom flat. .It was expected to go through very quickly as there was no chain. However, due to problems with the lease it has taken six months to complete. Shelley worked tirelessly with all parties involved. I'm sure she was a big plus in ensuring everyone got what they wanted in the end. Her tenacity and patience to bring this sale to an end was amazing..
