GoogleSelling a property in today's climate is no mean feat, there are huge numbers of houses on the market but only a few buyers. I am one of the lucky ones but I don't think it was luck that helped me sell my late parents' home but Elliot Lee. In little under 10 weeks Hassan ,Jack and Elliot sold my parents' flat where a previous agent had failed miserably over four months and during peak time. Experiencing first hand the difference between a good agent and a bad I can only heartily recommend the team at Elliot Lee: friendly, professional, hard working and on the ball. As much as was possible they took the stress out of the sale with common sense advice, kindness and marketing knowhow. Thank you Hassan, Jack and Elliot, I couldn't have done it without you!

As I was selling as Power of Attorney it was quite stressful at times and they guided me through it all admirably. I wasn't always able to be at the house as I live an hour and a half away so they showed prospective buyers around and dealt with everything with the minimum of hassle to me.

We were provided a Sales Progressor - Shelley Tristram and I have to mention she did not leave any stone unturned to make sure we get the property.
