Prompt and Honest Service

Buying a property as such is a very long and tedious process especially when the waiting period is more than two months. However, at the same time when one gets support and up to date information from a person like Shelley Tristram, the job becomes easy. I sincerely thank Shelley for providing me valuable guidance and keeping me updated through-out the process. It took longer than expected to get the keys of the property but Shelley tried her best to make the transaction as smooth as possible. I hired the services of Elliot Lee for the purchase of my first house in Harrow. Shelly Tristram was assigned as my case progressor. I found their services highly valuable, the whole process that seemed quite daunting at first especially for a first time buyer went extremely smoothly and without any issues. Shelly was extremely diligent and helpful in managing the overall process and keeping myself, the seller, our respective lawyers, my mortgage advisor all aligned in working towards a specific exchange date. We are a first time buyer and Elliot Lee has been a great help through out the process, from the day of putting an offer to the day we completed. We were provided a Sales Progressor - Shelley Tristram and I have to mention she did not leave any stone unturned to make sure we get the property. She was constantly liaising with us, our solicitors and vendors solicitors to make sure nothing is slipped through and the whole legal process goes smoothly. My sales agent was James Burgess and the professionalism was outstanding. He explains everything well and helped me ascertain the property I wanted. The after sales agent was Shelley Tristran. She gave me weekly updates on where we got to in the whole process to purchasing the property.Any questions I asked she would answer and any that she did not now she would always call me back to follow up on.
