Due to a long chain the process of sale & purchase took a lot longer for us than normal, the staff at Elliot Lee were very helpful through out. In particular would like to single out Shelley Tristram who did a lot of chasing on our behalf and ensured all the parties in the transaction were kept informed. With out her effort it would have taken longer to complete the process.

I am a landord that decided on using Elliot Lee to conduct the sale of my 2 bedroom flat in Wembley.I was also renewing the lease at the same time and the total process took 15 months. This was largely due to the incompetance of my solicitor dealing with the flat sale and the solicitor dealing with the lease renewal How refreshing it was then that Elliot Lee turned out to be the ones to offer a truly reliable and thoroughlyt effecient service throughout. Their dedicated liason person always kept me up to date often after continually chasing up on solicitors and made it a lot easier for me to stay on top of things. In their own words they are "performance driven" but don,t get that wrong. They achieved a price substantially over my expectations and that they are rewarded for this is only right This was no "quick pay-day" for them and over the 15 months their enthusiasm and professional attitude never waned.. So..are all estate agents the same?....No Would i reccomend Elliot Lee?....Definately yes.

It took us 7 months to move house. I don't think there was an emotional state we missed out in the process - pain, anguish, pro-crastination, disappointment, disbelief, disgust, and finally happiness and delight. All the way James was there to hold our hand and could be relied on to ride over the horizon with a pragmatic solution. Even in our darkest hour when all seemed to be lost he was totally positive and personally made things happen. We cannot thank you enough or recommend you enough James :)

Having had three estate agents estimate the value of our property with a mind to sell I chose Elliot Lee as our seller for a few of reasons. Firstly I liked Lee, he talked sense, seemed to know the local market well and suggested we put the house for sale at the lower end of the three valuations that we’d had and then try and work the price up should we get a buyer interested. This way we’d avoid putting off people taking an interest due to overvaluing from the outset. The other two estate agents wanted to price the house above what I thought we could achieve. We duly set the value at the lower end of the three estimates that we’d been given and then had an “Open home†on a Saturday afternoon in late January, as opposed to individual viewings. My wife and I were not at first keen about the open home idea, we’re very house proud and private people and weren’t keen on what we imagined would be a stampede through our beautiful house and garden but we need not have worried. A large number of people came to the viewing which was well controlled by the estate agents team and on the following Monday we had three serious offers, one of which was to be our actual buyer. We sold for a price just two and a half thousand pounds from the highest valuation that we’d had so we were very pleased, this actually helped us to set our budget as buyers at a higher level, resulting in us finding our dream home very quickly indeed. Everybody that I dealt with from Elliot Lee was very friendly and helpful in what was quite a stressful time for us. I’d wholeheartedly recommend this estate agent as they more than lived up to what we needed from them.

The team really took the time to set up the sale and guide us through the process. They went the extra mile in the viewing process, with agents working extra time to meet the prospective buyers. James and Stuart kept us informed at each step of the way. During conveyancing the team collectively pushed and cajoled all parties in a sensitive but positive way to ensure the process didn't stall. This was a significant area of support that lead to a relatively straightforward transaction. Overall, we felt we received an above average service that delivered peace of mind. Well done ElliotLee.

Being a landlord from overseas I've dealt with quite a few estate agencies, none as professional as Elliot Lee. I contacted a few different agencies when I first decided to sell my property, but I was impressed from the very first interaction with Elliot Lee. Throughout the process James Burgess was dealing with me. When selling a property there are always questions, and I felt that James was very responsive, patient and extremely helpful. He was a pleasure to deal with and made me feel comfortable that the sale of my property was in good hands. I thought that me being overseas would make things more difficult, but it didnt! Thank you for making the sale of my property smooth process.

Whenever we contacted Elliot Lee someone was available to attend ro our queries. Stuart Evans took overall responsibility for our sale and guided us through the processes and kept us fully informed of the responses from enquirers. His knowledge of the local market was extremely useful in guiding us to take the right decisions during what thankfully turned out to be a short period on the market.
