I cannot recommend Hassan Mohmood highly enough. From the initial valuation right through to completion, he was professional, proactive and incredibly helpful. He priced the flat realistically, got quality viewings booked quickly, and we had an offer accepted in a very short time. What really stood out was his communication, he answered every phone call, chased both the buyers and my solicitor at every stage, and kept me updated so I never felt in the dark. I've worked with ElliotLee since 2016 as a landlord and a seller. The teams have been great throughout. As a landlord - it was always easy to make arrangements for work, they were responsive to the tenant, and communicated well - they were my service agent for 10 years - I would heartily recommend. Andreea took good care of end of tenancy challenges and needs. And then in recent property sale - the sales team were excellent. Hassan lead the sale, got viewing and offers quickly and managed it well. And was willing to do go the extra mile, as a remote landlord getting to the property was difficult, but when I needed a few things from the property, or simply some checks done etc - the sales team (also local ones Jordan/Georgia) really helped. Competitive sales fees. Shout out to Preyen also - now sales director there - but a key contact over several years helping me with some tenancy challenges - proactive, kind. Summary: I'd recommend EL.

Elliot and his team were communicative, knowledgeable, assertive without being pushy and always on hand to answer any questions about the sale. For me their USP is their out of hours support which shows their commitment to go the extra mile for their customers and are always looking out for their client’s best interests. They came round and took pictures of the house and within a week of putting it on the market, there were about 30 people interested in the property. An open house was arranged along with viewings and the final offer was accepted within another week. Whether that is a result of their marketing muscle or the state of demand in the local market, it is an impressive turnaround of events withing a short space time either way you look at it. I was planning for the sale to take months, possibly run into next year but it only took about two and half months for the sale to complete. As most people know conveyancing can be tedious and stressful at times but they recommended a solicitor who is on the ball at all stages which is invaluable and reassuring for a transaction such as this. Many cowboy estate agents and solicitors out there who only care about their commission fees only and doing the bare minimum but Elliot Lee went out of their way to provide a stellar service. Take care of the customer and the rest will follow automatically. I only met Elliot and had to go into their offices once for the entire process. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to establish themselves in the North west London area.
