Amazing!

I’d like to say a huge thank you to James and Brad with the regards to the sale of my flat. It was a longer process than expected, because of issues with my buyer’s solicitor but I can honestly say that Brad kept me sane through this whole process. I could not have chosen a better Estate Agents than ElliotLee to look after the advertising and selling of my fathers house in Pinner. From the first time James came to see myself and my Father about putting the the house on the market , he came across as having an understanding on my fathers personal needs. James knew how to quietly talk to my father (who is 88 years and can at times be very difficult )he put my father at ease, he spent time and gave professional advise without being pushy. Even when my father agreed to appointing ElliotLee for the sale of his house James kept in touch as promised and was always there if we needed him. James took a lot of pressure from my shoulders, as I live in Spain and needed someone I could trust. They found a buyer from the first Open Home event and we was put as ease that the buyer was a move management client so gave us confidence they would see it through to the end. Despite there being many issues through the council, Chloe and her manager Stephen were very informative and efficient in delivering an exceptional service to ensure that myself and my partner were able to move in on the day we had expected to. I would have given the whole experience a five star it wasn’t for the issues around the council criteria’s for this property. I understand that this was not Elliot Lees fault however did cause much stress for myself and my partner as the final signing of the papers were completed minutes before moving into this property, which contributed to our overall experience. However despite these issues, we are very grateful for the effort we received from Chloe and Stephen.

Good Servic

We originally put our property for sale last year with other agents,. But unfortunately we hardly had any viewing done. We took off the market & later we decided to put it back on the market with different agent. We had invited 3different agents to value our property. Reassuring

We are still on the sale process and it's way too early to say how things would come around. So far the guy have been great getting things in to place, James was great from the beginning as he was so patience and empathetic. Wonderful, helpful and reassuring

I sold my flat with Elliot Lee this month and they were a delight from start to finish. They arranged an open home on a Saturday and by Monday evening I accepted an offer. Elliott Lee have provided excellent service throughout the sale of my mother's house. From my first meeting at the property with Lee, I knew that everything would be taken care of for me in an efficient and professional manner with the interest of myself, as vendor, always foremost. Once the sale was agreed I was contacted by Shelley Tristram from Sudbury Court who explained the events and proposed scale of time from agreed sale to completion. There have been a fair few delays along the way ( no fault of Elliott Lee) but Shelley has unfailingly kept in touch and liaised between myself, buyer and Solicitors at all times. Sale of my one bedroom flat

I just wanted to say thank you to Shelley Tristram, the Case Progressor, on the probate sale of my mother's one bedroom flat. .It was expected to go through very quickly as there was no chain. However, due to problems with the lease it has taken six months to complete. Shelley worked tirelessly with all parties involved. I'm sure she was a big plus in ensuring everyone got what they wanted in the end. Her tenacity and patience to bring this sale to an end was amazing.. It took us 7 months to move house. Sales review

Having had three estate agents estimate the value of our property with a mind to sell I chose Elliot Lee as our seller for a few of reasons. Firstly I liked Lee, he talked sense, seemed to know the local market well and suggested we put the house for sale at the lower end of the three valuations that we’d had and then try and work the price up should we get a buyer interested. This way we’d avoid putting off people taking an interest due to overvaluing from the outset. The other two estate agents wanted to price the house above what I thought we could achieve. We duly set the value at the lower end of the three estimates that we’d been given and then had an “Open home” on a Saturday afternoon in late January, as opposed to individual viewings. My wife and I were not at first keen about the open home idea, we’re very house proud and private people and weren’t keen on what we imagined would be a stampede through our beautiful house and garden but we need not have worried. A large number of people came to the viewing which was well controlled by the estate agents team and on the following Monday we had three serious offers, one of which was to be our actual buyer. We sold for a price just two and a half thousand pounds from the highest valuation that we’d had so we were very pleased, this actually helped us to set our budget as buyers at a higher level, resulting in us finding our dream home very quickly indeed. Everybody that I dealt with from Elliot Lee was very friendly and helpful in what was quite a stressful time for us. I’d wholeheartedly recommend this estate agent as they more than lived up to what we needed from them.

The team really took the time to set up the sale and guide us through the process. They went the extra mile in the viewing process, with agents working extra time to meet the prospective buyers. Couldn't be happier
