Absolute nightmare turned into a dream come true!

As all Estate Agents nowadays use a outside referencing agency to vet all applicants the one used by Elliotlee is a nightmare and so unorganised. So much back and forth between us and not recieved information had my partner and I looking elsewhere with another Estate Agent.... But then Bekah O'Sullivan stepped in and turned an absolute nightmare into us getting our dream property! Bekah is not a sales agent, she never viewed the property and had never met either of us before but WOW did she go above and beyond her job role and duty! To put it quite frankly, without Bekah we would of cut our losses and gone elsewhere so a huge thank you to her doesn't seem enough but hopefully her bosses will see this and acknowledge it! Supported us through each stage of the sale!

We had friendly, professional guidance and help through the various stages of putting our house on the market, having the open day and then advice on the offers. We hadn't moved house for 20 years ,so the system was quite different but everything was explained to our satisfaction. Not very happy with checkin process.

I did not get a checkin time until a day before I moved in. This caused me lot of inconvenience in planning my move. Despite repeated calls to the agent all I got was that I will receive a call back by end of the day. But they did not call me back even once for giving me a checkin time, Apart from this issue everything else went smooth.

Wonderful, helpful and reassuring

I sold my flat with Elliot Lee this month and they were a delight from start to finish. They arranged an open home on a Saturday and by Monday evening I accepted an offer. Despite a challenging experience with solicitors and a onward purchase they were wonderful in keeping in touch with me and reassuring me that all would be ok. Elliott Lee have provided excellent service throughout the sale of my mother's house. From my first meeting at the property with Lee, I knew that everything would be taken care of for me in an efficient and professional manner with the interest of myself, as vendor, always foremost. Once the sale was agreed I was contacted by Shelley Tristram from Sudbury Court who explained the events and proposed scale of time from agreed sale to completion. Sale of my one bedroom flat

I just wanted to say thank you to Shelley Tristram, the Case Progressor, on the probate sale of my mother's one bedroom flat. .It was expected to go through very quickly as there was no chain. However, due to problems with the lease it has taken six months to complete. Shelley worked tirelessly with all parties involved. Letting one bedroom flat in South Harrow

Let flat on rent which was done in short period of time. Though rent was reduced considerably, Colin advised the rent market at the time was quite down and waiting to let at previous rent would take longer time and in return loss of rent. We thought his advise was correct and without wasting time we let the flat. We are happy for now but time will tell if our decision and Colin's advice was fruitful.

My sales agent was James Burgess and the professionalism was outstanding. He explains everything well and helped me ascertain the property I wanted. The after sales agent was Shelley Tristran. She gave me weekly updates on where we got to in the whole process to purchasing the property.Any questions I asked she would answer and any that she did not now she would always call me back to follow up on.
