I'm very pleased with Brad - he was very communicative once the sale was agreed and throughout the progression of the sale.. despite some issues with buyers solicitors, Brad always kept me informed and upto date with the progress i would recommitted Elliot Lee and Brad.

Excellent service from Brad and the team at Elliott Lee. The viewings were held with minimum inconvenience to us and our property sold within days. The whole process from start to finish was dealt with in a very proffessional manner. Brad is a very approachable and likeable person. Would always return our calls promptly, all queries were dealt with in a timely manner. We were kept updated on the progress of the sale . In all, it was a stress free experience, thanks to Brad. Given that I am a first time buyer, there is a lot of stuff to digest while buying a property. From the time we located the property in right move and contacted ElliotLee, they made a overall buying process painless. Initially, I was a little apprehensive about taking their move management package but the agent explained the benefits, the reduced risk of being gazumped & how the vendors prefer buyers with move management pack. This made me more comfortable in paying for that package over and above the property price. Price negotiation is always difficult but ElliotLee helped to broker the conversation in a effective manner. They helped to arrange additional viewing in a very short notice with the vendor which helped me to come up with the decision quickly. They recommended a good solicitor and I am very pleased with the service I have received through their recommendation. Their communication channel is very solid and there is always someone available to pick up any questions/issues. In my case, my original agent left the firm but the replacement agent was fully up to speed with all the details and he never asked me any questions which were asked by the previous agent. This shows that they have solid hand over process in place which is helpful. Otherwise, it would have been a frustrating experience to explain the history to every new agent. Kudos to both Stuart (original agent) and Brad (current agent) for making my property buying experience simple. As a first time buyer in UK, I thoroughly recommend ElliotLee .

Our experience has been positive and we have been given good advice along the way. We've had difficulty with overseas tenants as they don't read the tenancy agreement/understand it all. It would be good if some of the more important parts of the agreement were bullet pointed on an A4 sheet so that tenants have a better understanding of what their responsibilities are, the small print tends to put people off reading it even though it's in their best interest. We are then left to explain a lot of this to them. It may be that you go over all of this with them, but so far we have found tenants to understand very little. We sometimes have quite a few people ringing us/email us to ask the same questions.

James paid us a visit to our property to value our property with a view to sell. James is very knowledgeable in valuation of properties in our area and also advised us of recent sales of similar properties in the area. The initial indicative valuation given was to our expectation and guidance given to us on selling process was very useful for us to make a decision. James Burgess kindly agreed to come and value my parents property at extremely short notice to enable us to process our Probate application for my late mother. James Burgess came to value our house yesterday. We bought it two years ago and since then we have put a lot of work and money into it. James was very professional and I'm very happy with his visit. I found the support and advise given by Shelly Tristram very useful and helpful for what was at times quite a difficult process of selling my late mothers house. Her communication skills were excellent, she was in regular contact with the buyer and his solicitors as well as mine. This open communication was really useful as at one point when I was having trouble with lost Probate papers and other issues, my buyer was threatening pulling out of the sale. Shelley kept positive communication with all parties and all issues were resolved without too much anxiety. As I was new to selling n my own I found the Case Processor service offered by ElliotLee very useful, it saved time having to contact the agents and Shelley made a point of making contact in some form almost every week. When she was off on sick leave she asked James from the Pinner branch to remain in contact with me. Because of the reasons given above I have rated ElliotLee an Excellent. . I would like to Thank all those at ElliotLee for their professionalism throughout the whole process, from initial meeting to the 2 Open Day's held at my late mothers home to the excellent service given.while negotiating the sale.

I saw the add called up and met with a lovely young lady named Chloe Williams. The latter advised me and booked me a viewing straight away and answered my many many questions with enthusiasm. I made my offer and she advised me on how to proceed in order to achieve a positive response from the landlord. I followed her advice and it rendered success. I feel very comfortable approaching her regarding anything to do with the tenancy and feel really well looked after. Her professionalism and warm demeanor really eases the stressful process of house hunting.
