We originally put our property for sale last year with other agents,. But unfortunately we hardly had any viewing done. We took off the market & later we decided to put it back on the market with different agent. We had invited 3different agents to value our property. They all valued around the same figure, but we chose Elliot Lee because James Burgess impressed us with his approach & he never pressurised us to go with him. We had an open day which we had our offer & all the way we were kept informed especially who look after us Brad Broch. We will never hesitate to recommend Elliot Lee for their outstanding service from beginning till the end. Grace

Me and my fiance just bought a property with the help of Brad Broch of ElliotLee and I must say that this was a very positive experience for us. The entire process happened in a flash due to Brad's persistence and making sure all other parties respond and action all items throughout the conveyancing process immediately and without causing delays. Since this was our first buy we were not experts on the matter, however Brad was found to be very helpful and informative. Telephone calls and emails were responded to within minutes and I was never given the chance to chase for any piece of information. One word to describe Mr. Broch - A Professional. I must also give credit to all staff at the Elliot Lee office in Rayners Lane as they were very polite and always willing to help, whenever needed. Agent name: Brad Broch One day I called ElliotLee to inquire about a property and 9 weeks later, we have our new home! Brad was very informative, professional, friendly and supportive during this process.. Right from the very first call It was very easy to trust him. He was always available when I needed to speak to him, and always promptly resolved all my concerns. I was told that Buying a house can be very stressful, but Brad helped making it a piece of cake. When faced with selling the house I anticipated all the stress and hardship that comes with it. I have to say that this isn't how things unfolded; Brad Broch's handling of both myself and the buyer seemed to be excellent, which really made me feel comfortable. He ensured the process was smooth throughout, regardless of the obsatcles faced with the buyer placing low offers etc. I will highly recommend Elliot Lee to anybody looking to do the same.

I am so happy that I got my contract exchanged Yesterday. Brad helped me on all phases and made it very clear that what should be expected. My seller was on chain but never felt like it was on chain because Brad was on top of everything and he made the transition so smooth. Also I found their valuation quite reasonable as my lender valued it full asking price. So highly recommended.

Tenancy was coming to an end and it was time for renewal. Elliot Lee handled it professionally. Atlanta George was both pro-active and helpful in scheduling negotiations well in advance of the due date and completing these in time. She kept me updated by email through out the process. Responses to my emails were promptly handled.
