I had an extremely bad experience dealing with this Estate Agent Service. Firstly they charge you a hefty £1000 in the of Move Managment Service(MMS) but there is no service really. I think its just a way to make money from the buyers. They said there will be a dedicated person to deal with my purchase as a part of the MMS but whenever I needed them to arrange subsequent visits, it was very hard to get one. The Agents didn't help me sort out the issue during the completion of sale when the Seller left a lot of rubbish in the loft. I have bought a property form another local agent earlier and I had a much better experience dealing with them. And they didn't charge any fee. I would never deal with this estate agent again unless I am madly in love with the property they are selling.

A very dishonest, greedy and desperate company, holding out for the highest bidder behind the scenes. I was given a viewing date with no time for a house I had interest in and was told they were not accepting any viewings whatsoever before this date and that they will let me no the time for viewing. A few days later I receive a text that a VIP buyer has put in an offer and that next time I should join their VIP buyers club. Why wasn't I told about this earlier. Elliot Lee I will avoid you at all cost in the future. Thanks for this experience. Lesson learned.

After renting my property through ElliotLee and receiving first class service I had no trouble in using them to also sell my flat for me. The tenants they found me were exactly what they had promised and gave me regular updates and property reports. The rent was paid on time and the hand over back to me was smooth and stress free. The sale went a similar way. All of the sales team were friendly and supportive with constant updates on progress. They found a buyer for me quickly and achieved a higher price than expected. The buyer used their move management services which gave us real peace of mind that they were serious and this proved to be the case. The solicitors they recommended also supported the great service we had experienced and were competitively priced. If you want an estate agent that puts customer service first then look no further....

I could not have chosen a better Estate Agents than ElliotLee to look after the advertising and selling of my fathers house in Pinner. From the first time James came to see myself and my Father about putting the the house on the market , he came across as having an understanding on my fathers personal needs. James knew how to quietly talk to my father (who is 88 years and can at times be very difficult )he put my father at ease, he spent time and gave professional advise without being pushy. Even when my father agreed to appointing ElliotLee for the sale of his house James kept in touch as promised and was always there if we needed him. Quick, Hassle free service - Beginning of Tenancy

I've moved houses few time over the past 9 years and service I received from ElliotLee's staff Melanie Jones and Chloe Williams was outstanding and was quick to respond to my queries. Chloe handled everything during viewing and pre-contract and Melanie handle contract side of things. The whole process (i.e. providing references, payments, signing contracts) was available online and I only had to visit their office ones during the whole process and it was only to provide IDs in person. Lets see how it goes and I'll either write here in 6 months or 2 years.

Despite there being many issues through the council, Chloe and her manager Stephen were very informative and efficient in delivering an exceptional service to ensure that myself and my partner were able to move in on the day we had expected to. I would have given the whole experience a five star it wasn’t for the issues around the council criteria’s for this property. I understand that this was not Elliot Lees fault however did cause much stress for myself and my partner as the final signing of the papers were completed minutes before moving into this property, which contributed to our overall experience.
