Due to unforeseen circumstances from either side our purchase dragged on for over 7 months, but throughout this time we received a highly professional and satisfactory service. The director of sales, James Burgess always kept us up to date with any new information, was always contactable if we needed anything and delivered when we were finally ready to exchange and complete. I recommend them highly and will definitely be using them again.

GoogleRecently we have been looking for a suitable property in Harrow and Northolt area. We have arranged a few views from various agents in the area. Some turned up without knowing the owner is still at the residence and did not want to open the door. Some kept asking some personal and irrelevant/unnecessary questions even before we have viewed the property. James from Elliot Lee was the only person we found to be of very high standard, professional. He gave us plenty of relevant information in regards to the type of property we were looking for. James showed us a couple of property and kept following up whether we were happy with the property. James Burgess valued the property at around our expectation, described the company's terms of business clearly, and explained the contract we were signing with ElliotLee in detail. The property we were selling was marketed across several platforms and this resulted in multiple viewings. We were kept informed at every stage and received four offers for the property in total. We decided to accept an offer near the asking price and completed the sale exactly two months after the property was first put on the market. We would have no hesitation in recommending James and ElliotLee to prospective house sellers in the Harrow area.

He brought in potential buyers consistently during a tough time in the housing market.
